Honestly unsee to be one of my favorite brands but the customer service could care less about whatever issue you have. Ive ordered twice in the last 2 months both times they sent me the wrong item I asked if I could get my correct item shipped quickly and they said they could guarantee it. I’ve had to wait weeks for the actual items I ordered

This company shows 30 day returns on their website but what that means is you have to pay for shipping back. Their leggings fit like crap! Followed sizing chart and they scrunch up the front making them unwearable! Bought the black amplify mid rise leggings. DO NOT BUT THOSE LEGGINGS!! Waste of money!! And I have to pay to send back to Germany from France! Never again!! Avoid this brand at all cost!!! Absolutely horrible, unwearable leggings! 62€ down the drain!

Wow, this company has gone down hill

I used to love this companies products, but now everything seems to be made as thin as possible, in some awful fabric, made in China for most likely 5% of the cost its being sold as. Disappointing, won't be ordering again.

"Final Sale" disallowing returns on certain articles not allowed

Return address has typo's on website, which is also not adherent to EU / German law

Name of business (recipient) is also required under German law - also not provided on website.

Complaints will be filed with EU and German regulator.

I placed an order with this company and…

I placed an order with this company and unfortunately received the wrong item. Mistakes in the warehouse can happen, and I can understand that. What really disappointed me, however, was how customer service handled the situation.

Instead of helping to resolve the issue, the agent insisted I had received the correct item and then stopped responding altogether. Being ignored like that is not what I would expect from a brand that values its customers.

I’ve reached out again in hopes of getting this resolved, but the way it was handled so far has been frustrating. Great products should be matched with great service, and I hope the company improves in that area.

Zero customer service

I requested cancellation of a specific item within an hour of placing the order, well within your own policy window—since Alphalete explicitly states that orders not yet in fulfillment may be canceled via customer support or the Orderify tool. Despite following this, you failed to respond, and 24 hours later—after the stated cancellation period—you proceeded to ship the order anyway. That directly contradicts your terms and undermines the trust your brand claims to uphold.

I needed to return my purchase. And they are not physically accepting parcels back. My evri parcel got send back to me, so i send it again with royal mail. And this also got rejected at the address.
Each time i paid from my pocket for delivery. And
Also £120 for the purchase that I'm now unable to get back
Looks like it has become a scam company.

What a terrible experience this has…

What a terrible experience this has been. Bought four items where as two of them fit me and two of them didn’t. The customer service with Jade is absolutely horrible. It’s been ten days since I started my inquiry on how I could best possibly return my two items but it’s been a shit show.
Ive been a fan of Christian for such a long time over a decade. I’ve bought clothes before but this is just too much. I’m sorry Christian but how can you actually stand by this and let down your european fans like this. Look at the other reviews as well.

Great product quality

Great product quality ! I've always been pleased with all the items. The sizing is great.
The only thing not good is their return system. Impossible to return unless you want to pay 70€ for the delivery. And the address is really hard to find.

Nigh impossible to get hold of

My partner has sent a return for a different company and it was received by them and signed for but I cannot, and I mean CANNOT for the life of me get ahold of these people! No number, no email address just a postage address and you’ve got to go searching for that too! I have £388 invested in this return and although it’s not alphalete fault, it should not be this difficult to get ahold of someone in the company.

the WORST customer support

If I could give a zero I would, the customer support is actually TERRIBLE, I have been trying to sort out a return for over 2 weeks and it literally takes them at least 24 hours to respond to 1 e-mail. Never ordering from them again.

Poor customer support, transparency and quality

I have ordered several items from Alphalete. After waiting 30 days, I reached out and requested an update since the tracking also didn't get updated and still showed "created tracking link". I received the response that the UK team will take care of this. Another 12 days and two reminder emails later from my side, I received the response that they are sorry that this was not delivered at all and they thank me that I waited extra business days for the package to arrive. At the same time they took these items off the site in 2024. I am very unsatisfied with the support and the intransparency. I also guess that the items were not even shipped since the tracking showed the same message for 50 days.

In addition to that, one delivery last year showed extreme quality issues (items, leggings start ripping after first training)

Poor build quality even worse customer support

I've bought a number of things from alphalete over the years because some of the designs are good, however, the build quality never seems to make any improvements. All the clothes lose their shape after 4 washes, the elastic and the neckline both begin to wrinkle as well. I asked to get a replacement from alphalete and I got back a copy and paste message which didn't resolve my problem. This has happened a number of times now and they're never keen to help. Will not be buying from them again. Stick to brands like nike or gymshark where the quality is higher.

Double charged VAT

I paid tax on my order to alphalete and then was charged tax again to release my package. I have no problem paying customs duties but I should not be charged tax twice. I will change my review when the VAT is refunded

Custom prices are mental

Custom prices are mental. And then I had to make a return! So I paid 108 pounds for the elemnts jacket and joggers, and paid 78 euro customs. I didnt like the fit of the joggers or the size of the jacket. Returned them for a refund and had to pay 13 euro shipping. So all in all, I paid 81 euro just for the transit of the package when it's total value was 108 pounds - laughable! And of course they dont pay shipping or customs like most websites would. Too expensive. Keep your expensive merchandise, England.

Delivery and returns

I’ve been a fan of Alphalete for a while and have placed a few orders with them and always loved the pieces. When I received my most recent order (a jacket) it didn’t really suit me so I decided to return the item. When I was checking the website for the refund policy I realised that there’s no free return label and I would have to pay to return the item. This wouldn’t normally bother me however the only delivery option is £6, so including the return postage price I’ve now spent a total of £14.95. Might seem silly but it’s put me off buying anything else from Alphalete!!
