I ordered a BRK Pathfinder XR .177 from Alpha Militaria, and the process was fantastic. After seeing numerous reviews and getting hands-on, I was interested in the launch kit package (rifle + bag + moderator), but nowhere had them in stock. I found Alpha Militaria could order this directly, and the price was cheaper than buying the rifle on its own from other brick-and-mortar shops (and online).

After getting in touch to enquire, Rich was lightning-fast to respond, giving me a rough idea of the order/delivery time and offering help choosing a calibre. As other reviews have said, Rich bent over backwards, offering help and support as well as the offer to meet him at Reading to give the rifle a go and answer any questions in person + setup. If I lived closer, I'd have been down to the range like a shot! Even now, the offer still stands - thank you, Rich.

For me, this has all the benefits of traditional face-to-face shopping with the convenience and efficiency of online.

The only small hiccup was that Brocock had two shows back to back, so the order and updates from them took a week longer than expected. However, during this time, Alpha Militaria kept me updated with everything they knew, so I always felt things were moving in the right direction, and they were on it.

My order was promptly delivered to my RFD for local collection about 3 weeks after the initial order.

Alpha Militaria was by far the cheapest price for the scope I wanted. I ordered it on a Sunday, not a business day, and it was delivered on Friday lunchtime. They contacted me by email and seems like good operation.

Good price and so far the monocular has performed well. Like the fact that it has a threaded socket for using with a camera tripod and that it has its own pouch. Very small and compact too

Used the website to order a range finder. Site was easy to use and was offered a discount (nice touch) as a first time buyer. I sent an email requesting delivery details which was followed up personally by one of the team both before and after I received the range finder. Great company which I would recommend.
