Poor after sales experience
Costumer service are very rude. Low quality of service. Website lies on the delivery time. The reseller and courier are not sync both of them will tell you to call one and the other. It's been 8 days now and I haven't received my bike event the courier don't have an update when they will delivery it hahaha. What kind of business do you there to you who's reading this save yourself from headaches and live this store now.

We would like to clarify that, as confirmed during our phone conversation, you received your bike 11 days after placing your order. Your order was placed on December 22, just before Christmas, and we dispatched it promptly the following day.
However, due to the holiday season, the courier company experienced delays, which is entirely normal for this time of year. We clearly stated on our website that delivery times might be longer during this period. It appears that this information may have been overlooked during checkout.
Accusing us of dishonesty is both unwarranted and unacceptable, as we have acted transparently and within the stated timelines.

Good afternoon, sorry I can’t give full statues as I am still awaiting purchase from courier as it was due for delivery 13/12 but unfortunately did not arrive or had been contacted awaited full day so had contacted them to have been told that it hadn’t even left their depo and was down to human error Rescheduled for 18/12.

Very happy customer
I was really impressed by Alphascootz as they supported me with the purchase of a new ebike. I wanted an upgrade to it which they were able make really simple for me and gave me some good advice. Shipping of the product was free and took just a couple of days, with the courier arriving dead on time. The product is fantastic and came with some freebies which I think Alphascootz could have mentioned in their product listing, as another vendor had done so, which had tempted me to purchase through them (cable lock, phone mount, mirrors).

Really well put together bike rides…
Really well put together bike rides smooth and fast, impressed by the quality, nice to not feel ripped off for once in this country! Comes with absolutely everything you need. lights front and back, horn, even a phone mount which is solid. Not sure of the charging time yet but I do suspect it’s not a fast charger.

Purchased Ep2 Pro 750, never recieved 250 not once but twice they sent the same 250 and not the 750 and 3rd time tried sending another by saying it was a 750 but had a 250 label on it.
1, MISLEADING ADD SELLING A EP2 PRO 750.
2, INCORRECT LABELLING ON BIKE.
3, THEY LIE SAYING ITS A 750 MOTOR WITH A DODGY 250 MOTOR LABEL.

All Engwe EP-2 Pro bikes we sell are equipped with a 750W motor, which can be limited to 250W to comply with UK road-legal regulations. For off-road use, the bike can be unrestricted to achieve maximum speed and power. This information has been verified and confirmed by the manufacturer and us as authorized distributors.
For bikes with a 250W motor, the maximum speed is 20 mph, whereas the 750W motor allows a top speed of 30 mph. Having sold these bikes for over a year, we are confident in our knowledge and understanding of their specifications.
Please note that if you choose to unrestrict the motor, the bike will no longer comply with road-legal requirements. We hope this explanation addresses your concerns and provides clarity on the matter.
