Absolutely horrible company does not pay their invoices. They owe us over $13,000 in unpaid invoices for contract work we did in Memphis, TN. If you want proof email us We can provide all proof. Do not work with them
Do NOT work for or with Alpha Security Bureau they simply do not pay their bills
I provided security services for Alpha Security Bureau on multiple dates in 2025. All work was completed on time, reports were submitted, and the client (the venue Alpha was contracted by) confirmed they paid Alpha in full weeks ago.
Alpha Security Bureau still owes my company more than $4,300 and has gone completely silent. No returned calls, no emails, no explanation just excuses for months followed by total radio silence. I’m now forced to take legal action to recover money that was earned and is rightfully owed.
This is not an isolated incident. A quick search shows multiple other contractors and guards posting the exact same experience: Alpha takes the client’s money and refuses to pay the people who actually did the work.
If you are a security officer or a subcontractor considering working with Alpha Security Bureau (or whatever other names they operate under), save yourself the headache and walk away. They are not reliable, they do not honor their contracts, and they have zero problem leaving hard-working people and small businesses unpaid.
Veteran-owned in name only this company has no integrity. Zero stars if I could give it.
