Quality has significantly decreased over time. Long processing times (several days at a time), incorrect stock, high prices... I used to order often but my last experience was just disappointing, and it hasn't been great for a while. I hope things turn around in the future, having a large variety of games is not everything and doesn't make up for long waits and other issues, for me.
I ordered some items from this website and I can only recommend it. Communication was great, products were quickly shipped and well protected! A+ service
Awesome products and very fast shipping! :) Found some hard to find expansions for a board game. I ordered online to Austria in Europe and it arrived savely packaged within a week. Thank you very much Alphaspel-Team! :)
Online orders which you pay online that is done before 11.00 used to ship the same day if everything was in stock, this is rarely the case anymore, their service have degraded over time. There can be days with only a DHL parcel number which says "pre-booking" not sent for days after an order is made..

We are sorry that you have suffered delays.
Most orders still ship the same day, but you are absolutely correct in that not all orders do anymore. Our policy of same-day shipping has worked well for many years, but at the moment we have outgrown our capacity, and it is the 60.000 different items we have in stock that is the problem; it currently takes too much time for us to pick orders. At the moment we are shifting a lot of stock to a separate warehouse and are changing parts of our warehouse management systems, and we plan to be back to normal speed for all orders again shortly.

Alphaspel has (or is soon to become) my go-to store for buying miniatures. They're within 30 min biking distance from me so I always choose to pick up my orders at the store.
I've orderered Reaper, GameZone, Games Workshop, and Avatars of War miniatures from them so far and it's all been well packaged. They're very quick to process orders, usually within 2 days the order is ready for pickup. Their prices are comparatively low as well.
Had two seperate orders and they decided to ship the items together and to refund me for the shipping on one of the items without me even asking them to do. That let's you know that they they care about the service they provide. Perfect, won't be last time I order from them.
Since this is a small-ish shop I was happily surprised to see all the features of a real online shop here. I ordered the last item in the shop, as collect-to-store. Got an e-mail response to a question within minutes, a confirmation e-mail within 30 minutes, and they even had time to answer the phone.
