Easy to order, great delivery and PC does what it was purchased for.

The customer service through out the process has been fantastic. I had someone called Spencer who has been really pleasant to deal with and always responded very promptly.

Absolutely fantastic cheap gaming pcs. I run a small pc business and use these a lot for custom builds with amazing results. Keep it up guys and pump out cheap base builds for us.

When I ordered the PC came with next day delivery for free which it did come the next day. The company is very helpful with everything because when I received the pc it had a software issue, so I messaged them on Instagram about the issue the next day they called me and took me through it step by step and helped me fix it.

I purchased a AlphaSync PBA Diamond Gaming Desktop PC 5600X 16GB RAM NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060Ti 1TB SSD Windows 11 Home. I've had no issues since buying. Very fast gaming pc. The only thing I would say is it doesn't come with Bluetooth, but I was able to pick one up cheap. It was really fast delivery and the customer care is really good. I would highly recommend this for gaming.

Very easy and reliable setup I’ve had zero issues with any games I’ve wanted to play and the PC runs super quickly on great settings :)

Computer came quick and had everything as advertised (no replacements). All components were seated correctly and the system was very well cable managed and nothing was damaged in shipping (Good packing materials were used) I have personally built my own systems for the past 20 years but I went pre built this time because of other commitments and I was pleasantly surprised as it was clearly built with care. Only complaint is the system was very cold when it arrived but there was only some condensation on the outside of the glass but this could have been down to the courier storing it in a cold location then sticking it into a hot van.

My pc works amazingly and was bought at a time when graphics cards were more expensive than houses for a really good price. Customer service has handled any issues quickly and with a very good demeanour.

Bought a pc from them, Had a couple of issues with it at the start, But nothing I couldn't fix. Since then It has worked perfectly. With a follow up from Spencer making sure everything went well.

I recently upgraded my pc and decided on a pre-built system over sourcing parts and building myself. The choices available for pre-built systems are vast but I settled on the Alphasync system as it covered all my requirements. From order to delivery everything went smoothly. The tower was very well packaged to prevent damage in transit and being able to just plug in my peripherals and play was seamless. Would recommend an Alphasync system for anyone looking for a new PC.

PC came in very good packaging and it runs like a dream. However I did have to go into the BIOS and activate my X.M.P Profile and select pcie 4.0 for my graphics card. For me it’s no issue but for someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing in the bios it can be quite risky.

Value for money machine, works perfect out of the box.

good computer for the price you getting a fast mid range gaming pc even add a 2nd m.2 nvme to the motherboard easy to upgrade down the line

Easy ordering, prompt delivery. Great customer service, a phone call asking if everything ok. Slight niggle though, when the pc was in the basket, it was free delivery but as soon as I included a monitor (they were getting more money from me) it incurred a delivery charge.
