Well made PCs with perfect combination of components. Turned around very fast. Hope to do business again.

What I appreciated was the follow up call to ask how the pc is. I explained that I was having wifi connection problems and the guy helped me resolve the issue.

Quick and easy to find the spec I wanted and delivery was quick and it was packaged safely

Bought this PC from Ebuyer as I did't realise I could buy it directly. The PC is excellent and looks amazing. It was bought as a birthday present for my Son and he loves it. Performance is excellent and all the latest games play without a problem.

The best thing was when I needed some help and set up advice due to one of the game servers needing a certain security setting mode for it to work. This meant going far beyond my PC knowledge but I got instant support and help from Alphasync who guided me through it easily which was so helpful.

Would highly recommend these for your gaming PC purchase.

Was initially looking at building my own but found an alphasync. Much better value for money in the end which I’ve not seen before. Ended up getting the ‘alphasync diamond v2’

Great build quality, cable management and components.

Apart from a few updates on boot up with a couple of drivers it was good to go out the box.

Looks cool and very quiet aswell.

I play mainly the total war franchise, hoi4, bf2042 and f1 2022 all of which run great.

No complaints and would use again.

Also got it the next day so good delivery time aswell.

Equipment arrived promptly. Easy to set up. Clear instructions.

Sadly new £3700 PC I ordered directly from ebuyer/alphasync came with the front shattered. Either in transport (though no sign of outer box damage) or before it was shipped out. Problem then is not knowing how long a replacement would be when ordered for next day.

Not complaining about their customer service as they are I guess trying to do something about it. But when you spend that kind of money you want to know what will happen quickly rather than waiting around.

Also damage to the case can indicate other issues inside if it has been dropped about. Was always worried when Yodel are mentioned.

I will update this review depending on how it is rectified.

Update 1: I have had no contact from the admin side of things by end of the day which I’m now guessing means I won’t hear anything until Monday at try earliest. Decided to do a direct returns request via their side rather than the phone calls and emails before.

Update 2: Rather than be sent a new PC ebuyer sent over a new front cover for the case which arrived better packed than the original PC did itself. It fitted fine and I’ve been using the Pc ever since with (touch wood) no issues. I have adjusted score because of this. Was clearly a yodel delivery issue in the end that damaged it. But still believe if you pay money like that and something arrives damaged it should be a fast fix.

Great PC build, works perfectly

Ordered a motherboard bundle and it is perfect, arrived really quickly with free next day delivery.

Even though my PC was delayed for a while due to parts being out of stock, the PC I ended up with is even better than what I originally ordered. No haggling, no downgrading, just a quick fix with what they had. Thanks especially to Spencer for keeping in contact with me through the whole process.

From the moment I first made contact with Alphasync, prior to buying any PC, they have been extremely helpful. I contacted them several times with various questions and received a response almost immediately. Since purchasing one of their PC's they have followed up to enquire if everything is working and I am happy with my purchase.

The PC itself is great, although I haven't tested it to it's full capacity I am more than happy with it.

If you are in the market for a new PC, particularly of a high spec, I would highly recommend this company.
