Never use they guys they are the worst in the business From the top to the bottom they are all scammers and lier's.

Theresa aka “Tracy “and John Recchio are crooks. I read the previous good reviews too and they are NOTHING like what others said in the review. Be warned!
Tracy never follows up when you submit a draw. You have to contact her and wait for her to check her email to see if your draw is being processed. She will not answer her phone. After 12 months with them this was true every month. It was so bad that their team had to be copied on the emails. That still produced nothing. And don’t try and call them, Theresa or John. To get a faster solution…. They will not answer and more than likely they will not call you back. They will email you. (Sneak attack) They are always in meetings and as John’s auto reply, he never calls you back and he never emails you back.

While in the course of my loan they never give you close to what your are asking for on your draw. This effectively slows down your project.

This company will slow down your project so they make more money. My draws would take more than 10 days. My subs are livid with me. It’s because of them.

The max time was 3 weeks. My last draw I made on 9/20/2023. Tracy claims she dropped the ball when I submitted it so when the draw was done, it was past my loan maturity date meaning I could not pay my workers because she said my loan ended before she could get the draw out to me even though I requested it 10 days before my loan ended. Meanwhile, all this time she was “working “ to get my draw completed, eventually telling my my loan ended and she can’t get me my draw.

If you want to deal with a bad lender go right ahead. Let these people take advantage of you. They don’t care because they get paid anyway. I read another 1 star review about them adding fees to the loan when it closed. Well they didn’t add no fees to me as far as I know but I was told when the loan closed that I’d have $50k to start. After the loan closed I had nothing so I was stuck for a month and a half finding partners who would help me get my project going so I could get to the draws. Stay away from this company. And also do your research, they changed lending companies within a month of me receiving my loan.

Investors beware. I've been investing for some years now and have purchased many properties. This is by far the worse lender I have worked with. They are taking advantage of investors in this market right now and trying to charge ridiculous fees. They kept making changes last minute and even added more fees the day before closing lol... They even argued the appraisal because they thought it was too high of value... So many lenders out there to work with. Stay away from these guys.

My family's experience with Alpha Tech Lending was exceptional. The entire team especially Jason Napolitano went above and beyond to secure the deal and help us when no other lender could do it. We truly mean that especially since we weren't the strongest of borrowers in some areas. The end result was even better than expected. Communication was great from start to finish. We are one happy family and satisfied customers.

Being a career settlement agent, i work with alot of lenders, traditional and alternative. Most alternative lending lenders dont care about the cliets. just them getting their fees. Once i had closed some client deals with AlphaTech, I was impressed at their communication and efficiency to get the deals done.
