The Most Useless Company

These guys are really pathetic, I got tracker installed from them a year ago in my Toyota Corolla but from the day one, I never ever successfully use their app and made multiple calls to them but still unable to access any feature of tracking which this idiot company claims. Not only that, when a year passed and it’s a time to pay annual fee again, they are calling almost every day to get payment and not listening or not trying to understand that their app n teacher not working at all… I wish this company is out of Pakistan so that they face millions of rupees suits…. I’m writing this review from US because they are calling me over n over and I have to answer their calls to not disturb me during awkward timings being 10 hours behind Pakistan standard time….

Poor Service, No Support, and Unreliable Tracking System

I had a very disappointing experience with Alpha Tracker’s services.
I initially chose them because I had used their tracker about a year ago for my previous car (CAJ-478 – Daihatsu Mira), and it worked reasonably well at that time. However, my recent experience with my current vehicle (BTZ-850 – Toyota Passo Moda) has been completely unsatisfactory.
The issues started with a very slow and unreliable mobile application. Soon after, critical features like the GPS engine and SMS engine began malfunctioning repeatedly. Despite reporting these problems multiple times, no proper resolution was provided.
The most serious issue is that my car has been showing offline for over a week. A tracking service that cannot track a vehicle defeats its entire purpose. This raises serious concerns about reliability and safety.
I contacted their support, sales, and service teams several times. While my complaints were acknowledged, no technician was sent, and no meaningful action was taken. It has now been nearly a month without resolution.
Due to this poor experience, I have requested a full refund and discontinued their service.
I would not recommend this service based on my recent experience.

Poor app and poor service

Poor app and poor service. Not recommended at all. It worked for 1 week only and then started giving problems. Now I am unable to login and the company says, use VPN to login. Why they need VPN? Are they working legally in Pakistan?

Very bad experience with alphatrack.pk

Very bad experience with alphatrack.pk. when i park my vehicle in the basement it never shows where my vehicle is. I washed my vehicle my vehicle has been shutdown due to bad tracking circuit. One or more time i tried to shut down the vehicle it doesn't shutdown the vehicle. If vehicle has been shutdown then you can't turn on the vehicle through the application. You have to call the service center. They always have wrong battery tempering alarm.

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever. Their staff is highly unprofessional and non serious when it comes to deal with complaints. So, basically, after getting the tracker installed, one needs to call them frequently about tje issue of not getting any tracking notifications and updates. I followed up for two weeks with no outcome. A headache and humiliation i have paid for👎🏻

Very poor customer service

After waiting a month for one of my clients epilepsy alarm to be fixed I was promised that it would be fixed urgently which wasn’t the case after numerous phone calls telling me they are waiting for a part. Alpha track then called me on the 9th saying they have received the part they was waiting for and booked in for the 16th of October to come and fit the new alarm, I then had to ring the customer service team to ask where they are as no one has turned up, to then be told no they haven’t got the part, they said it would be on the 18th in which they receive it. which contradicted what they said on the phone and the voice mail they had left me, after raising concerns that this alarm is for a venerable adult which is a life saving piece of equipment the girl on the phone just kept saying I don’t no what to say, there’s nothing I can do, and still didn’t give me a reason to why they had booked me in saying they have it… she then started to be rude and sarcastic before ending the phone call, without explaining what had happened. So now my team still has to carry out wake nights incase my client has a seizure in the night and if his bed alarm doesn’t go off. I’m not one to complain but when you are waiting for a life saving piece of equipment you would think they might make it a priority instead of keep messing us about..

Beware of AlphaTrack.pk: Pathetic Customer Support and Failed Promises

I had the worst experience with AlphaTrack.

Their customer support is a joke, providing zero assistance. Despite continuous follow-up for a day regarding an issue with the application, shared the screenshot, they finally responded in the evening with links to download the application—literally.., they didn't bother checking the issue I was facing.

Once, after locking my car, I faced an alarming situation the next day when I couldn't release the engine for over an hour. Desperately, I spent more than an hour calling AlphaTrack, seeking assistance to release the engine, as the application was not working.

Before making a payment, they were quick to pester me with daily calls for renewal. However, once I paid, their interest in providing any sort of support evaporated. It's a classic case of bait-and-switch tactics, with no after-sales support to speak of. They are more than happy to take your money but unwilling to provide any assistance when things go wrong.

Don't waste your time and money on AlphaTrack; they are unreliable and incapable of delivering what they promise.

Look elsewhere for a better solution.

Worst ever tracking company for you vehicle

Worst ever tracking company for your vehicle. Issues I faced using their services:

1- You won't always get call when you're out of radar. I was driving and didn't receive call. They called secondary number and my Mother didn't know the password. They didn't lock the vehicle.

2- Next time I traveled about 500km+ didn't get any call. Next day, I called support they said we are working on the system that's why didn't get call. After some days, asked them, why didn't I get a call. he said I've launched a complain about this. I asked him to connect me with their manager, they said he is busy. He will call you. Didn't get any call till today. Further he said, You're using old app. I asked for new app, they didn't provide.

3- I had issue with my car today, had to remove the battery. Didn't get any alert message or call from the company.

4- On on boarding they will promise you this and that, but won't fulfill.

Keep your hard earned money away from these type of so called companies.
