Not possible to update information with Alpha
Three months ago I bought an annual insurance cover from Alpha. That was easy. Since then I have received an email from them advising me to update my medical information if I have new diagnosis. Today I attempted to do this online, and by several phone calls, but it was simply impossible. I also wanted to extend my cover to Canada as I will soon be going there (unexpectedly, for a funeral) and this was also not possible. After an hour I gave up, and bought a separate insurance for the 4 days I will be away - from another insurer. I dread to think how difficult it may be to make a claim!
