The data quality seems low sometimes, especially in the high tact price data, for example 1 min tact.
This is highly unprofessional, I had to filter the errors out myself, which took me like a week to code. How does it come that a company which is trying to do this professionally, doesn't have a basic filter for the data it's providing?
But there is more, which is actually a bigger issue. They don't provide any fundamental data on delistet companies... The main reason why people are requesting historic data, is to run simulations with it. If you don't provide the data on delistet companies and actually proceed to delete it, there is no possible way to run non bias simulations. This is a very questionable data management and in my opinion highly unprofessional.

This company is HORRIBLE! I tried to call them immediately after ordering…they didn’t post the total I would be charged until too late. It was a Saturday - they were closed. I called early Monday morning only to be told my order was already shipped out and to return it when it arrives. Well, I tried to do that but they charge a **$50** restocking fee!
It seems like that’s illegal but how do I proceed?! 🤬🤬🤬

Very poor support and communication.
Can't cancel a subscription because their website is terrible and no help from support.
Avoid this service and go for the more premium which at least have decent customer support..

No support, no billing info, no way to easily cancel payment or subscription.
No idea which endpoints and which data will be stable and reliable over a period of time

It doesn't have the Exchange that I want, so I have renounced to this subscription and requested a refund.

I contacted customer service and got an excellent response, quick and gave me a quick short answer and a long detailed answer. They do have quotes for the Nasdaq 100 (QQQ) ( mentioned below by a reviewer} , and that was most of my question. I'm using the free service so I can't answer for the premium service.

Is a SCAM stay absolutely away and use Oanda.

I paid 99 USD and the data was WRONG. I requested closure and they sent me a link that DID NOT work and they ignored my messages via email and tried to charge my card multiple times despite my clear request to interrupt the service. Stay away!

There is no NASDAQ-100 (NDX) data available.

The data is not upto date, they quote 15 minute for $50 a month its not its about 5 hours out! the customer service is pretty poor also i have asked for a refund! we shall see
