The insurance for a scooter ( old) one , is 18.88euro a month. Other companies max under 10 euro. Somewhere around 5 euro. I been with them for 2 years, no claims ,yet every year it keeps going up . Its voogd & voogd ( belongs to alpina).
I informed Alpina to change my address before the start of my policy. A few months later I received the policy on the wrong address. When I inquired about this, I was informed the policy was made 2 months before it started and it could not be changed. Also that the policy was linked to the address and nothing could be claimed. Alpina suggested I take out another policy instead and pay again. I was not informed of any of this before. Very poor service. I do not recommend.
The company is unbelievably slow. I have been waiting for 18 days for the insurance approval of my mobility scooter. They say it's delayed due to a high workload. Managing this workload is your responsibility! If necessary, hire more staff or change the system, but this is unacceptable. I haven't been able to use the scooter for 18 days, it's just sitting in front of my door. What a joke of a company!
