These guys were amazing. We missed two buses due to the madness at Geneva airport. They communicated by phone and text, moved us to a later bus which we almost missed but they delayed the bus departure due to many people also being held up. Once we were on the bus it was super quick. Yes the driver didn't speak much English but that was no issue, we were in France after all. He was efficient and did the job well late at night. Will use again for sure!

The booking process was straight forward, but there were several times available via Alpine/Flix and we know they don't all run so out of weekends. We are a bit in the dark as to when the bus will actually leave. We understand this is to allow for managing loads but for the passenger, it is better to have fewer and very specific offers. We are left wondering if it will all work as proposed but have received our ticket so fingers crossed.

My transfer time was changed to 40 minutes later than originally indicated when I booked. When I wrote asking for a refund as I didn’t want to wait so long, I was told it was due to flight delays on the day. Given all of this happened more than 24 hours before, how they knew that there would be flight delays in the future is still unclear to me. Needless to say I received a stock response, and as someone who uses the service frequently across myself and my extended family, I can now choose to take my business to one of the other providers.

Our driver Dino arrived early for pick up. Minibus was very clean and comfortable. Dino was very friendly and had a great playlist.
Highly recommend Alpine Fleet and Dino.
