Your account was closed because the combined risk of these four positions reached 111.85% of your total allowed exposure. At Alpine Funded, we have a clear policy against "gambling" or over-leveraging. Opening multiple high-lot positions within seconds—whether intentionally or through repeated clicking—places the total account risk above the professional parameters agreed upon at signup.

3. Responsibility for Orders:
A 3-second delay, even if it were present (which the logs disprove), would not cause a trader to accidentally open four separate 5-lot positions. The responsibility for managing the number of open contracts and the total exposure lies with the trader.

We would like to clarify that our website always displays the current, active promotion prominently on the homepage and throughout the site. Our discount codes are integrated directly into our platform; when a promotion is live, the discount is automatically applied at checkout to ensure accuracy and fairness for every customer.

Because our system is automated, it is not possible for it to apply a 50% discount if a 70% discount is the active, valid promotion.
