bought the kids ear defenders. incredible build quality, better than the other brands we had tried befoe. super happy.

Appalling!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!! I wish I could give zero. Bought a faulty product through Amazon which states they provide warranty. Impossible to get hold of when emailing, girl on the phone just points back to Amazon who they say it’s alpine. Now left with a useless, shoddy product. They are clearly the sellers named Amazon but just want to take your money with no customer service! Avoid!!!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. The absolute worst customer service I've ever received. Ordered two pairs of ear plugs on July 19th. Today is August 28th, and I still don't have them. They failed to deliver them twice, and will not refund my money. Customer service takes forever to respond to my emails. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY.

Bought the moto safe race version. Inherently these products are made from very pliable material. Getting them into the ear is difficult. Placement just inside the ear is possible without them falling out but this doesn’t block any sound. Pushing them further into the ear is the only way to stop wind noise. The deeper they are pushed the more noise is blocked but this is quite difficult using the little red stub to push with as this is also a pliable item. To get to the point of acceptable protection from wind noise these plugs must be pushed quite a way into the ear which creates soreness. I contacted the manufacturer using their contact form on their website, no response. I called them but just got endless on hold music. I have been trying to make these work for six months with no success and the fact the manufacture doesn’t exhibit any customer service to me means I’m throwing them away. Would not buy any product from this company again.

Did spend 30 EUR on the Motosafe version, and did not find any god affect, and my son then gave the product a try, but with the same useless result. I have consultet alphine costumerservice and was told that my Ear maybe not is like a standard ear, but then nighter is my sons Ear, or maybe the product is just not worth the money i have spend, facts is that my money is lost.
Before spending 30 EUR on this product, make a money back garantie, or just by som other product.

I actually bought these for my wife.
Because I'm hard of hearing I have the TV on quite loud (apparently). If she goes to bed before me this causes a problem for getting to sleep.
Now she can sleep in peace whilst I can still hear the TV.
She's tried a few products like this in the past but these a by far the best.

I am studyng for my finals in January, but my upstairs neighbour is very loud and has the TV on all the time. I have tried the cheap orange ear plugs for a long time, but they always push themselves out after a while and they are not very good.
Instead I bought the Alpine Sleep Soft ear plugs and they are great! I can even sleep with them! They fit perfectly and are soft so they dont hurt my ears. They came in a nice little plastic case, with a cleaner stick.
I am so happy I bought these!
The only downside is that delivery took a bit long, I was desperate to get these ear plugs as soon as possible, because of my exams! They arrived 5 days after ordering so that is an OK delivery time. I'm gonna use them alot :-)
