STAY AWAY, COMPLETE SCAM
SCAM awful quality . Took 5 weeks to be delivered.
I wish I had looked ratings on trustpilot before.
Definitely a scam. Cheap, poorly made clothes with a fancy website. The return policy is exchange only, and given that it took about 8 weeks to arrive, there's no point in bothering.
I saw a jacket just like the one I bought on Alpine line on the AliExpress and the cust was half the price. This is scam they sell clothes with poor quality whit a high price
Firstly delivery took 6 weeks - tracking info provided no details. The item was 2xl when I ordered a medium. Plus it is a nasty shiny polyester fabric when it was described as cotton polyester. Poor street market quality!
Emailing them to try and get a refund but it’s not going well. So far they have said they are not accepting returns at the moment but they will give he a store credit and I can keep the item.
Has anyone managed a refund? Am I wasting my time. My fault for not checking them out properly - I usually do!
the garments are cheap chinese and not as described at all
the give you anything they have in stock i:e small came as a xxl .....
can pick up this type of item and better quality out of primark...please dont buy ...waist of money
Really expensive for a real poor quality. Not warm, cheap materials. Sizes are at random.
Horrible fabric. Not at all as advertised. Took almost 2 month to be shipped.
I ordered almost $200 worth of merchandise for my son for Christmas. It says it shipped on December 16th. As of today, Dec 30, it doesnt even show the post office has picked up the items. It has been sitting in NJ for 14 days??!! Sadly, my son did NOT receive his gifts in time for Christmas. When I contact them, they just say the items are in transit, yet the tracking doesnt show them going anywhere and even states the post office has not received the items yet. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau for a full refund!
I placed an order with them for the hoodie shown on FB pages and the order and I had to badger them about my order until they sent it and it took almost 2 weeks after my last email to get it from "NJ". Anyway, I get the product, I ordered a Men's 2XL, because the large looked small when I got the hoodie, it was a 4XL and a Women's jacket. I have sent emails to them to try and get my money back but to no avail. I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought the piece of s&*t, but my fault. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
Absolutely a scam, the items that arrive are extremely cheap garbage “clothing” that look nothing like the pictures. Stay away at all costs
Very cheap garments (£6-8 on AliExpress) from China of poor quality being misleadingly advertised at £40 "on sale" from a list price of £140 (having never been sold at that price) on a website that has been running less than two months and provides none of the required company information in their Contact page or Terms and Conditions
Nevertheless
Nevertheless, we have come up with the conclusion that AlpineLayer is one of the suspicious websites and we do not recommend it because they seem to be cheating their customers very smartly.
Doing a reverse image search you will find that those pictures which are on he Alpine layer website belongs to other websites and Alpine layer is just copying and pasting on it.
We recommend you not to make any purchases from this website because either they will not deliver you the product or will deliver such a quality product that is not worth your purchase value.
Summary = Stay away, they are scammers
