I highly recommend Hasan Ali as a great instructor. He made my journey so much easier. He was so patient and helpful throughout my lessons. Felt like he knew my weaknesses better than me and helped me overcome it. As a result I passed my test today. Can’t thank you enough Hasan for being the best instructor for me. My instructor was Hasan. My lessons were going 100% positive, I am very glad that he was my instructor. He explained all the information to me very well, was attentive to me and patient and just pleasant as a person around whom it is easy and comfortable to be and learn, the result did not take long to come, I passed the exam on the first try, and the only thing I will regret is that I will not have more lessons with Hasan. Highly recommended, best instructor!!

I recently had the pleasure of learning to drive with an exceptional instructor Vaida who truly made a positive impact on my experience. From the very first lesson, I noticed how caring and considerate she was, which helped to ease my nerves and build my confidence behind the wheel.

Additionally, my instructor was always punctual, which I greatly appreciated. This professionalism, combined with her kindness, made every lesson enjoyable and productive. I felt supported throughout my learning journey, and I'm grateful for the confidence she helped me build.

I highly recommend Ayman as a driving instructor. As a family man, safety was my top priority, and Ayman always emphasized safe driving practices. He was very patient and professional throughout every lesson. What I appreciated most was his flexibility — when I told him I had my exam in a few days, he adjusted his schedule to fit mine. His calm and clear instructions boosted my confidence. Ayman ensured I was well-prepared not just to pass, but to drive safely with my family. His dedication and support made a big difference. Helen is an amazing driving instructor, she made me understand more how to do any parking and made me feel confident, a very good driving instructor I definitely recommend Helen as your driving instructor!

Couldn’t recommend Ali enough! After having failed multiple tests with a previous instructor I was very nervous and apprehensive about re starting my driving lessons again however I was massively supported with excellent mentoring from Ali. He was fantastic the whole way through. Will definitely be recommending and cannot fault him at all. Thank you for helping me pass!

This is the worse Driving school ever. I booked driving lessons with Alps and my Lessons was cancelled on me few hours before me even knowing. 1st Driver never turned up and when I called the office I was told whoever booked it didn’t assign me no driver, bearing in mind I had to cancel my church services, 2nd weekend Driver never turned up saying he had other engagements, 3rd driver never turned up Texting me 2am in the morning whilst sleeping when my driving was supposed to be for 8am and Alps editing my driving dates few hours to my lessons without even my knowledge, 4th time driver texting me 30mins before my driving saying he couldn’t come to the address I provided to Alps in Brackley area bearing in mind I see Alps here in Brackley almost everyday. I paid for 20 lessons and asked a refund back on 10 lessons since I’m being messed about, for 3weeks now is still yet to be refunded bearing in mind I was told refunds only takes 3-5working days but 3weeks now I am still begging for my refund. I am definitely reporting this to the Dvsa…..and whenever I call all I hear is ‘we are sorry’ or ‘i understand and it will never happen again’ naaa this piss taking is too much. I never forced Alps to take me on by force so kinda confused.

My instructor is the best, pleasant, gentle through and honest with feedbacks. Excellent attention to details, covered all potential test routes. I became more confident due to his constant reassurance that I am ready. He ensured to provide an alternative instructor when the need arise and trust me she was also wonderful and share same qualities above. I am so lucky to have them both. It was indeed a good experience. I passed at first attempt. Thank you Shabir and Helen you guys are the absolute best 💪💪🙏

I can’t thank Enam enough for coming to my rescue when I was in a tough spot. A week before my driving test, I suddenly found myself without a car to practice in, and I was panicking. [Instructor’s Name] not only stepped in at the last minute but also went above and beyond to make sure I was fully prepared and confident for my test.

Their teaching style is clear, patient, and reassuring—exactly what I needed in such a stressful situation. They fine-tuned my skills, gave me valuable last-minute tips, and made sure I felt completely at ease behind the wheel. Thanks to their help, I went into my test feeling ready, and I couldn’t have done it without them.

I passed first time with Mehmet! He put me at ease, was very supportive and helped me be ready for my practical test. I couldn't be more grateful for his patience and kindness during my lessons. Will miss having him as an instructor and left with a new friend.

5 star ⭐ for customer service and the way issues and concerns are handled. I had an issue with one of the driving instructors, however Sarah in the office handled this professionally and promptly. Today Peter has taken my son on a lesson and he was very polite and assuring.

Vaida is such a great instructor. She is so patient and really cares about you. She has your best interests at heart. I learnt so much with her in such a little time and I PASSED 1ST TIME 0 FAULTS. I passed my driving test today. I already knew how to drive, but Ylli helped me adapt to driving in the UK with confidence. He was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable about UK road rules and driving habits. His clear instructions made the transition smooth, and I felt fully prepared for my test.

I passed on my first attempt today in Northampton, and I highly recommend Ylli to anyone looking for a skilled and supportive instructor!
