After switching from manual to automatic, Vaida took me on at short notice and completely transformed my confidence behind the wheel. From day one she was patient, calming, incredibly knowledgeable, and always knew exactly how to explain things in a way that made sense.

Learning to drive with Vaida was genuinely enjoyable. Every lesson was full of laughs, plenty of cheeky banter, and a fantastic student-teacher relationship that made even the most challenging parts of learning feel manageable.

What stood out most was her ability to keep me calm while also giving insightful feedback that helped me improve every lesson. She always knew when to reassure me and when to push me a little further.
Thanks to her support, guidance, and belief in me, I passed my test first time. I will always be grateful that she took me on out of the blue and helped me achieve something I had been working towards for a long time.

Based on what I witnessed and what my friend experienced, I was very disappointed with Alps Driving School. My friend was treated poorly and did not receive the support they needed. Communication was unhelpful, and the overall experience left us feeling frustrated. I would encourage anyone considering this driving school to ask questions carefully and make sure they are comfortable with the service before booking. :::

I was going to go to them the first thing they asked me was get your phone out and give us a good review and I was thinking to myself how could I give a review without trying their services I knew it straight away their reviews are not genuine

Really bad company all they want from you is money they only interested in your money nothing else is better not to drive rather than going to company like this 

I am utterly disappointed in this company.I would like to greatly warn anyone who would like to join this company that there are massive hidden fees and they are untrustworthy as a whole .If you would like to join a driving school i would hugely recommend you steer clear from here.

I had Waleed as my driving instructor and I would highly recommend. He’s very patient, professional and understanding and also knows how to make lessons enjoyable. This significantly contributed to passing my manual driving test first time! The Alps team were very accommodating and helpful throughout the driving process. Really happy overall.

The worst ever company to go to they are don't provide anything all they do is to take your money and leave you in the loop don't trust their sweet talk | lost 6 point on my license cos of their fault as i wasn't covered while i was with them! I had to go to court to prove my innocence that was also costly about £500 all because of there

Many thanks to Waleed as he was my instructor and I passed first time with 0 minors. Waleed was very supportive and made me feel comfortable which helped me build my confidence in driving. He was also very thorough with his teachings and knowledgeable about the technical aspects of driving and test routes. Throughout the whole experience he was very patient with me and made me feel calm. I would definitely recommend Waleed Montasser if you are looking for an instructor.

My instructor was Constantin, who was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly throughout the lessons. I was making progress in each lesson, and always looked forward to the next one. He teaches to a very high standard, and I feel well equipped with the skills to deal with any scenario I may encounter whilst driving. He is a real credit to the driving school. Thank you!

I had Ylli Mucaj as my instructor and honestly I would recommend him if you truly want to learn how to think like a driver, become a driver and also pass your test :)
I learned so much through all the lessons, especially in technique and rational thinking which is needed all the time when driving.
I truly had a good time learning with Ylli and I 100% recommend him if you are looking for an instructor in Northampton, he really is great :)

I had a great experience with Abdulla.
He is a brilliant instructor and very clear with the instructions.
I passed the exam on the first attempt all because of him.

In my personal experience, I was not satisfied with the Part 2 training I received from this school.

During one scheduled 2-hour lesson, the session ended early following a disagreement about driving instruction and communication style. Although another trainer was later arranged, I did not feel the training approach suited me, and after my Part 2 test I decided to continue my ADI preparation with an independent instructor instead.

I raised my concerns formally with the company, but we were unable to reach an agreement regarding resolution.

This review reflects only my own personal experience.

I recently passed my driving test with Alps, and I had a really positive experience overall. My instructor, Waleed, was patient, supportive, and explained everything clearly, which helped build my confidence behind the wheel. The lessons were well-structured and focused on exactly what I needed to improve.

We also went over test routes during lessons, and one of them actually came up in my test, which really helped me feel more prepared and confident on the day.

I especially appreciated how calm and encouraging Waleed was, even when I made mistakes. It made a big difference in helping me stay relaxed and learn effectively. The preparation for the test was thorough, and I felt ready.
