I had a terrible experience with this…

I had a terrible experience with this seller. After making the payment, they took over 1.5 months to even respond. There’s absolutely no proper support — it’s been a complete waste of time and money.

I don’t understand why ThemeForest allows such providers on their platform. They don’t even provide a complete theme download file. To make things worse, they removed my account from their support site, and I had to recreate it just to get in touch.

Despite sharing all the required details a long time ago, they didn’t even bother to check properly. Instead, I received a generic message asking for login credentials — nothing else. Worst service ever. Stay away!
