This agency is untrustworthy.
They imposed significant additional charges after our departure, attributing the issue to a disorder in the common areas, which was unrelated to us.
We possess evidence that the cleaners created the mess and documented it with photographs; however, this agency prioritised financial gain over integrity.

I recommend avoiding direct bookings and instead opting to make reservations through platforms like Booking.com or Airbnb. This suggestion is based on the following considerations:

- Inadequate Service: The level of service received was subpar, as demonstrated by the lack of assistance provided despite requesting help with switching on an outdoor tap for car washing. Instead, there were unproductive and unnecessary communications.

- Unresolved Issues: The deposit amount was utilized to cover minor expenses, even though no assistance was provided during check-out. Despite the existing damage being present before the stay, the company showed resistance to acknowledging this fact. The refund process deducting the damage charge was initiated without a willingness to engage in dialogue.

- Questionable Practices: The company's practices could be perceived as less than satisfactory, as they promoted budget-friendly holidays but appeared to generate additional income by deducting deposit amounts. This behaviour could be seen as opportunistic.

To sum up, it's advisable to steer clear of this company. Opt for booking platforms like Booking.com or Airbnb for a more reliable and hassle-free experience.

I stayed at a alpvision flat and had a mixed experience. The flat itself was lovely, with a great location and stunning views. However, I was disappointed that the wifi didn't work during my stay, and the absence of a washing machine and dryer was inconvenient. Instead, there was only a public laundry facility that required additional expenses for each use. Additionally, I was uncomfortable when the host entered the flat without my permission. Overall, it was a decent stay, but these issues detracted from the experience.

Stay far away from Alpvision! We haven't even left yet and we receive an unfriendly phone call from them. After you've booked and paid but before you even arrive they force you to pay 98 CHF (!) for cleaning after you've left and 25 CHF per person for sheets! They don't trust you to clean yourself and you can't bring your own sheets. If it would have been reasonable prices OK, but these prices are way too expensive. It's a proper rip-off and a scandalous practice at the expense of tourists! Alpvision Residences, never again!

Blijf weg van Alpvision! We moeten nog vertrekken en kregen al een onvriendelijke telefoon van hen. Ze verplichten je na de boeking maar voor het inchecken 98 CHF (!) te betalen voor schoonmaak en 25 CHF per persoon voor bedlinnen! Je mag niet zelf schoonmaken of zelf bedlinnen meenemen. En als dat nu nog redelijke bedragen waren, maar het is wansmakelijk duur. Pure afzetterij en een schandalige praktijk op kap van de toerist! Nooit meer een Alpvision residentie!
