Awful experience with this company. I booked a 9 seater for collection from Barcelona Airport. I was met by a representative as we landed. The first issue was that the vehicle had a cracked windscreen. I was assured that this is not an issue for driving in Spain. Upon entering the car I noticed the service light was on but was told that everything had been checked and is OK. I was not given any paperwork when I requested it so I took photos of the document I signed and of the damage to the vehicle.

I was told to call representative 20 minutes before returning for drop off which I said would be 3pm. I called him at 2:12pm to let him know we are on our way back to the airport. Phone went straight to voicemail. I called the numbers on the booking sheet - no answer and one number was dead. My wife continued to call as I drove but there was no answer on any of the numbers. Eventually she looked at alternative contact details and discovered that there is a WhatsApp chat feature on their website. They responded promptly saying their representative would call me. I provided 2 numbers but didn't get calls on either. Whoever was on WhatsApp kept telling me that agent is on his way and is trying to contact me. I asked for his number twice and was eventually given the number I already had. Eventually we had to go to check-in leaving the car outside terminal. I was then told to leave the keys concealed on the driver side wheel and vehicle unlocked so I had to go back from terminal to car and do that. I made check-in at the last minute. Once safely inside the terminal around 4:15pm I called the representative's number one more time to check if he collected the car. He pretended not to speak any English and hung up.

The whole experience was stressful and unprofessional. Some credit should go to the person answering the WhatsApp messages but if you want to avoid stress on your holiday steer clear of this company.

Easy to rent and a good price. We drove up to Montanejos for the day and it was fantastic.

We had a great experience renting a car from this location. The staff spoke fluent English. Explained everything perfectly and sent us on our way. We especially appreciate how flexible they were with us.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull, the car was good value for money. Everything, also financially, was handled correctly.
Only downside was that this company was not located at or near the Sevilla airport, so we had to make an appointment for picking up and dropping off the car at the airport, in the parking garage. Was no big deal, but picking up and dropping off the key at a desk at arrival/departure would have been just a bit better.
But the staff really did their best to serve us and everything worked out well.

Hands down the worst company I've ever encountered. Totally incompetent. I wish you could give zero stars, they don't deserve 1. Absolute basic company, not fit for purpose. Cancelled our booking a week before we were due to go to Murcia but didn't even let us know. We only found out when we, out of courtesy, contacted them to just check whether there was anything we needed to do with our booking prior to our arrival. So we have paid over £130 and now have no hire car booked.
Update to the above, having spoken to people once we arrived in Murcia, they advised that we were likely lied to about the reason behind the cancellation. So the reason Alquicoshe gave was that they spontaneously had no vehicles, despite us having booked the car rental more than a month earlier. But once in Spain, people who regularly visited the area said the likelihood was a booking covering the same days as ours but for the whole week, rather than just the 4 days we booked, was probably requested and as that would make them more money they cancelled our booking to accommodate a last minute one. Appalling. You notice, unlike other negative reviews, they've not responded to mine. As they clearly don't have an honest defence. Such an immoral and unreliable company.

Nice clean car and perfect shuttle service from and to airport

Everything went well. Staff were kind and professional.

Very good experience. Fast, friendly and flexible for extending the contract twice. Car was like new!

everything is OK, but only in Granada by Enterprise is a little problem because the worker, a woman asked us to pay for the second driver which is all inclusief the second driver when we booked it.
But at last we didn't pay it and showed her the contract.
