Me and my husband did Umrah in November and everything went perfect. Sister Fatima took her time to explain everything and booked hotels that fit our budget and preference.We stayed at Dar Al Eiman Grand in Makkah, lovely staff and great location. In Madinah, we stayed at Rove Al Madinah Hotel, close to Haram and very clean.Ziyarat was beautiful, especially visiting Masjid Quba. We felt spiritually refreshed. We pray for Al Rahma team’s success.

We went in December with my wife and 2 children, and Al Rahma handled everything from A to Z. Brother Ahmed kept checking on us even while we were in Saudi.We stayed in Hilton Makkah Convention, it was beautiful and 5-star comfort. In Madinah, we were at Leader Al Muna Kareem—clean, close, and kid-friendly.Transport vans were clean and cool with AC. Ziyarat schedule was shared with us in advance which helped us plan properly. Al Rahma is a reliable team.

We travelled in July and had a very emotional journey. Brother Mohammad Ali made the whole booking process super easy.Our hotel in Makkah was Anjum Hotel, and our room had full Haram view. Watching the Kaaba from the window was an emotional moment for me and my husband. In Madinah, Zaha Al Madinah was clean and calm.Ziyarat bus was on time and the tour guide made duas at every site. Felt very touched by their level of service. May Allah reward them.

Me and my wife went for our first Umrah in April. Brother Sami Ullah was the one who arranged our full package. I had so many questions but he always replied with patience.In Makkah, we stayed at Al Ghufran Safwah Hotel, it’s so close that we could hear Adhan clearly from our room. In Madinah, we stayed in Frontel Al Harithia, walking distance to Rawdah.Our Ziyarat guide in Madinah spoke slowly and clearly, perfect for us non-Arabic speakers. The trip made us feel so spiritually refreshed. We’ll never forget it.

Sister Fatima took care of everything and she was so polite and calm throughout, even with our last-minute changes.Stayed in Nawazi Watheer Makkah, rooms were clean and spacious, shuttle service was available every 30 mins. In Madinah, Zowar International Hotel was a quiet and neat place.Transport for Ziyarat was punctual and the drivers were very respectful to my mother. We didn’t feel stressed at any point, and that was the best part.

Brother Ahmed took care of all bookings and followed up during our stay to check we were okay.We stayed at Hilton Suites in Makkah, a lovely hotel just a 3-min walk to Haram. In Madinah, Dar Al Taqwa Hotel had the most comfortable bed and was literally opposite the gate of Masjid-e-Nabawi.Ziyarat was arranged in AC coach with a nice guide who gave us Islamic history in a very emotional way. Everything from start to end felt sincere and blessed.

We travelled for Umrah in August, a family of four, and Alhamdulillah we are very satisfied with Al Rahma Travels. Brother Mohammad Ali guided us from the beginning, always available on WhatsApp and answered every single query.We stayed in Swissotel Al Maqam Makkahthe view of Haram from our window was something we will never forget. In Madinah, Dallah Taibah was peaceful and very close to Gate 25 which was helpful for the sisters in our group.Transport in both cities was well-organized. Even during peak hours they arranged everything on time. Their Ziyarat guides were very knowledgeable. JazakAllah to Brother Mohammad Ali and the team.

I travelled with my husband in February and our experience with Al Rahma was nothing but amazing. Sister Fatima was very friendly and patient. She arranged our visa, flights, hotels and always responded quickly even to small questions.We stayed in Al Kiswah Towers in Makkah, it was clean and had a shuttle to Haram running every few minutes. In Madinah, we stayed at Saja Al Madinah, and our room had a small view of the Prophet’s Mosque.The Ziyarat trip in Madinah was especially emotional, Al Rahma’s guide was so respectful and shared beautiful stories. Everything was done with care and respect. We are so thankful to Sister Fatima.

We travelled in March with my wife and 3 kids, and honestly this was one of the most peaceful trips of our life. Brother Sami Ullah was very helpful from the first call till we returned back home. He explained everything step by step and gave us full confidence.Our stay in Emaar Grand Makkah was just perfect only a few minutes walk to Haram. The breakfast there was also very nice for kids. In Madinah, we were at Emaar Mektan, peaceful environment and very close to Masjid-e-Nabawi.The transport team always arrived on time, very polite drivers. Our Ziyarat in both cities was arranged with a guide who explained everything beautifully. May Allah bless Brother Sami and the whole Al Rahma team. We’ll be booking with them again In Shaa Allah.

Brother Sami Ullah managed our whole package and gave clear instructions from day one.We stayed at Emaar Al Khalil in Makkah, it was basic but clean, just 10 mins walk from Haram. In Madinah, Emaar Elite was close to Gate 34 and perfect for peaceful prayers.Transport for Ziyarat was clean, on time, and drivers were humble. Felt like we were in good hands the whole time.

We booked a package with Al-Rahma travels, which included a holiday to Turkey and Umrah in July 2025. Brother Samiullah and brother Mohammed Ali were extremely helpful throughout our journey. They were available for help 24/7 and were able to help efficiently.
We will most definitely recommend Al Rahma to family and friends and we hope to book again through them inshallah.
