Can’t thank Alsama enough. As this was our first umrah there were plenty of nerves about the process, visas, vaccinations, hotel locations etc… however Alsama always put us at ease.
All our questions were answered promptly, we had plenty of requests / changes leading up to our trip again Alsama ensured these were met, constantly updating us during the process.

They also have an amazing team in Saudi, from the moment we landed to our departure date we had our rep keeping in touch with us, answering any questions we had.

Excellent Umrah Package Experience!

I recently booked our Umrah package through Alsama Tours, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their exceptional service from start to finish.Thank you to Nobin Chowdhury to arrange everything for us.

The hotel arrangements were excellent — clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near both Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an-Nabawi, which made our daily visits so easy and peaceful. The staff at the hotels were friendly and always ready to assist, which added to the overall comfort of our stay.

Our guide Mr Shekh Rayhan was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and respectful. He explained the significance of each ritual clearly, ensuring we performed every step correctly and with full understanding. His dedication and calm nature truly enhanced our spiritual experience.

The price of the package was very reasonable considering the quality of service, accommodations, and transportation provided. Everything was well-organized, punctual, and stress-free — exactly what you need for a journey like Umrah.

Me and my wife were gifted a 5* Umrah package from her parents as a gift after our walimah. Alhamdulillah the trip was fantastic, the journey was very smooth and the hotel choices were fantastic. We stayed at Anjum hotel Makkah and Crowne Plaza in Madinah, both hotels were excellent in location and service.

The tour guides were also excellent. Brother Muhib guided us through the Umrah process and gave us a tour to the historical locations in Makkah as well as facilitating everything we needed.

In Madinah brother Rayhan helped us with everything, including a tour to Madinahs historical sites. Overall id highly recommend Alsama Tours. They didn't let us down.

My father and I had the privilege of going to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah.

We first went to Madina and Alsama Tours had organised our trip so well from the flights to even our taxi, we had a very helpful guide and hotel we even did Zaiyyra which was organised so well . After a few days we then travelled to Makkah for Umrah again this trip was organised so well from Taxis to bullet train, hotel and even Umrah guide.

This was my first trip to Saudi Arabia I was very nervous about it and my father was nervous for me as we spent alot of time apart sue to male and female segregation during prayer however, within a day all of anxiety was gone and that is largely to do with how well Alsama Tours had made our lives so much more easier. They orgined us in such a way that we made the most out of our time there they gave us great tour guides and they orgined the hotels to be a close as possible.

I could not recommend this company more if I am ever lucky enough to go again I would use the services of Alsama Tours inshallah.

I performed Umrah in April during the half-term holiday. Brother Sahid from Alsama Tour tailored the package to meet my specific needs at a reasonable price. Alhamdulillah, everything went smoothly. The brothers on the ground were always present and maintained consistent communication before and after each activity, ensuring everything ran seamlessly.

Seamless experience, great communication.From the moment of my enquiry,asking questions brother Sahid was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave me time by providing lots of information, then I preceded with booking my umrah trip ,brother Sahid was clear in the process,provided a payment plan and later all the itinerary, flights,transfers etc emailed over to myself ( I did not know the company personally, saw their company on a watsapp status from a friend who did not know of the company, did my research and booked with them)
Not knowing a company from experience or recommendations did provide nerves and anxiety, however from start to finish the team was amazing.
Everything went to plan,all transfers were seamless and excellent communication between the drivers ,and the manager brother Muhib Helal .
Brother Muhib guided our umrah to 100% satisfaction alhamdullillah with his knowledgeable mashallah.
The transfers were excellent, good cars and excellent and friendly drivers.
Our transition from makkah to medinah via the train was seamless and brother Reyhan was our contact in Medinah who fully supported us with our questions.
Ziyarahs in both cities we're outstanding!
The location of the Frontel Harithia was 10/10 !! Approx 1 min to masjid nabwi.
I had a few issues in my room,however everything was resolved by the hotel and brother Sahid worked hard to resolve the matter.
Beds were very comfortable ( please note this is not a luxury hotel )
Swissotel Makkah was excellent, fresh,modern and via the clock tower an excellent location to the harram.
This was the first umrah for my daughter and her first time ever to Saudi Arabia and she had the most amazing experience. Myself and my husband can't thank the ground staff (both brothers) enough and Al-Sama as a company.
Felt safe, supported and well looked after throughout from start to finish.
Feel blessed for a beautiful umrah and for discovering this company.
Will definitely book with them again and will highly recommend to family and friends

I’ve used Alsama Tours twice now, personally dealing with Sadi, who was recommended by a family member. Once for our trip to Bangladesh for two people in Feb 2024 and then a large family booking for Umrah in Oct 2024, and each time the communication, the attention to detail and the quotes were brilliant. We felt that our travel needs were met and had plenty of ease travelling without any of the brainwork required.

I highly recommend these guys as they’re friendly, efficient and always look after their customers. A personal thank you to Brother Imam Helal who guided us through our first (and 2nd during the same trip) Umrah in Makkah, it made the whole experience very personal, and stress free. He’s very patient, treated us with respect and ideally when we hope to return to perform Umrah again we would love to have his guidance.

We will definitely be only using Alsama Tours for our bigger bookings. Thank you!

we stayed in 5-star hotels in both Makkah and Madina. The hotel in Makkah was very close to the Haram, clean, and comfortable. In Madina, the hotel was also near the Masjid and had excellent service.
