My wife and purchase a 2023 GMC Acadia…

My wife and purchase a 2023 GMC Acadia from the dealership.
Ask, if there was a spare tire that came with the Acadia. Sales person said no - all new cars since 2022 didn't come with it.
My Parent in Law bought a new 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe and it came with one. The 4 of us took the storage compartment apart and found it. Al Serra needs to also show the customer all the features and where the spare tire is. My rating is based on our previous customer service experience at other dealerships

Tried to purchase a new Dodge truck and …

Tried to purchase a new Dodge truck and everything was going good until it came time for the appraisal of my trade in truck. The price they gave me was ridiculously low. The website claims "Receive Excellent Kelley Blue Book trade in pricing, less reconditioning, on your vehicle". The price they gave was the very low end of good. When I questioned the price and why it wasn't at Excellent as stated on the company's website, the Manager, TJ, told me that's just what they do for trucks. Seems like your basic bait and switch at best and quite possibly fraud at worst. I will be contacting the Michigan Attorney General to have them investigate this Dealership and these shady practices. My best advice is avoid them at all cost.

Warranty Services

I am glad to see that the customer service of Al Serra has been getting better over the years. So far, all my issues covered under the manufacturer's warranty have been addressed and fixed.

Recent visit

After driving over a small broken tree limb, I noticed that an elastic piece of trim had become lose under the hood. Apparently dragging the limb forced several snaps to fall off causing this trim to become lose. I took my Camaro to Al Serra Chevrolet late yesterday afternoon. Fortunately technicians were available. The car was raised and new snaps were put in to secure this elastic trim once again. Many thanks to Tess and all the technicians who fixed this problem quickly and professionally.

Not Good Service At Al Serra South location...

I did not like the service I received at Al Serra South location... I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and suggested engine flush. But ended up waiting all day until closing to get my vehicle back.. I had to call to see that my vehicle was still not finished yet.... Oh I did not mention that just 2 months prior I bought another Chevy vehicle for my wife....Just thought I would be treated better...

The Bomb.com

It was great. From the begining, I told the sales man that I work overnights and I just got off work that morning and that I was tired and did not want to spend all day trying to purchase a car! He said, (Larry) okay ma'am I will have you in and out with no problem. Larry did just that and I made it home with enough time to rest from work that night. Also, I love the heck out of my Malibu!!!!!!!!😆😆😆😆😆 Thanks again you guys are great and if I had more money, I would go through that totally all over again.

Never will I let them service my truck again,very unprofessional

Don't use Alserra south for service,Very unprofessional. To them, it's about making money,not service. Treated very rude, had to wait for 5 hours to get engine oil changed.went there the first time to get transmission service,got the truck home and there was transmission fluid all over engine compartment and left dip stick out of transmission. Give them a second chance to service truck and it became a nightmare. Very rude and unprofessional.

This team is awesome.

Ben and his team did an awesome job. I was kept informed on all matters during my visit. They even did the recalls on my car that they just got the word on.

Poor service

Took over a week for them to even look at my truck and it was the 3rd time I've had it there for the same issue. At least they are replacing all my glow plugs this time that is the only good thing to come from this visit

Very disappointed !!!

I had my tires replaced with new tires . While driving started loosing tire pressure . Made it to the gas station only to realize the stem is leaking . Driving from Colorado to Louisiana .. Didn't make it far. It's 2am, and I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting for the service center to open at 7am .. Very displeased!!!!
