I had book my taxi 5 days prior, they picked me on time and vehicle was very smooth and clean, chauffeur was very polite and professional. I were heading to a business meeting on same day api landed on Heathrow, they really save my time and the business I locked on that day.
Very disapointing, booked a taxi for New years day for myself and two children to be taken to the airport. i booked on the 18th August to avoid the rush as i know its a busy date. They took my money and sent me the booking. In October they cancelled my booking with no reason, they didnt refund my money. I have tried contacting them several times to keep the booking, they ignore emails and calls, i finally spoke to Billy who has offered to refund the money. I am awaiting the refund.
