5 stars for both product and customer service. I bought a custom spec wheelset and wanted a specific dynamo hub in the front wheel. After a couple of simple emails to sort out the spec and build they were orders and soon on the bike. My rims pair nicely with conti tubeless gp5000, the tyers seating without a struggle. The out of the box quality was very good, and now after a few thousand miles the wheels a proving to be robust, as well as feeling and performing great.
Recently I decided to change the decals from black to the reflective black. ALT supplied the new decals promptly.
Overall very happy with the products and will be very likely to buy Alt wheels as required in the future.

Just got hold of new carbon gravel wheels and they are flying along nicely. Doing well on the rocky trails and noticeably lighter than previous wheels. Look good too!

They not only look really cool... But feel amazingly smooth. Super responsive and you feel every pedal stroke transferring power to the wheel. Not only that, but it also makes cycling feel more fun!

I Wasn't quite sure what I wanted for a new wheelset. Very helpful with advise and went for the air wide, 45mm front and 58mm rear wheels. Lightweight, look great, comfortable and fast! Have tested them out on the local TT and on a windy 200k ride. Suited to both and no issues with the wind. Very happy with them!

These wheels are great. The price is spot on and the communication and service provided by ALT during their build was flawless. I purchased a set of Air 45 SL rim brake as a replacement from my old race wheels and these are so much nicer and lighter than my previous race set. I’ve used them now for 2-3 months solid and they’ve stayed true and still make me smile every time I ride! Thanks ALT!
