Like some others have said, I was a little cautious about buying from here. Placed my order for an Oculus Quest - slightly higher price than in the UK but it's out of stock here and has been for a while. I needed it in time for a Birthday. Ordered on 14th May, arrived on 18th - amazing. Great communication, well packaged and item is totally as wanted. Would highly recommend.

Only place I could find that had what I wanted in stock and was very apprehensive about trying them out. What a pleasant experience and the product arrived two days ahead of the websites forecast. The price was very good too

Such an unprofessional company with no respect to the customer.

Ordered a few items on 1/5/2020 and paid for them at the same day. After waiting 12 days for the items to be shipped I got a message from your company that you need extra money. And when I declined this request, you found another excuse: That the product is at the End Of Life. When at the same time the product is still available normally for ordering at your website.

Is this how you treat all your customers?

Only place during COVID-19 where I could pick up a Rift S VR Headset in Denmark, and it arrived earlier than what they had estimated which is always a great thing.
Excellent packaging and fast delivery during a crisis is great!

I decided to order from Alternate.co.uk with the knowledge that they were based in Germany.

Having read some reviews, I ordered risk free through PayPal, but I have to say, my experience was great and I was absolutely delighted with the product, the price, the communication from the company and speed of delivery.

For info, I purchased a Delonghi Ecam 370.95 coffee machine and saved about £180 on UK prices.

The delivery was by UPS and the item arrived as stated by Alternate.co.uk.

A thoroughly first class service all round and without hesitation, I recommend this company.

I ordered Oculus Quest from England. Absolutely first class service, arrived in the UK after three days and works like a charm. Plus they were £10 cheaper than anyone else, do not pay silly price on ebay, order off these......

I previously left a 1 star review as i got a few items and then they stopped contacting me to refund me £300, after 2 weeks of emailing them to no response i placed a 1 star review on here which obviously promoted them to respond and give me my refund. I have edited my review to reflect the new outcome. I may make a another purchase to see if they step their game up but a small purchase so less risk.

This company is unreliable. Like others, I ordered a coffee machine and cleaning fluid on 11 March. The cleaning fluid arrived but no coffee machine. I wrote to the company through their website and by direct email several times. The only feedback I got was "The transportation department in charge is investigating your case. We will inform you, once we have the results." a week ago. The telephone numbers provided have a message in german that I assume says they are not answering the phone and to send an email instead. All I wanted was information. I understand that in the current situation things may be slow or difficult. Getting zero information is unacceptable after 6 weeks. My good finally arrived after 7 weeks. Still no response to any of my communications.

I gave 5 stars because the customer service is amazing, i have had to return the products i have bought twice, the first one was a fluke in the product and the second was my own fault.

They have a lot of good reviews, and unfortunately I let this fool me. Ordered a coffee machine and they told me it would be delivered by April 3rd. Money was immediately withdrawn from my account. April 4th I contacted them to inquire about the delivery. They then said to contact them again if I hadn't heard anything by that evening (still April 4th). April 5th I cancelled my order. Afterwards they sent me an email saying my package was on its way and I could track it through UPS after a few hours. 24 hours later I still couldn't track it. Another email said I would be able to track it from tomorrow (48 hours after they allegedly handed it over to UPS). I have once more requested my purchase refunded. Normally I would make allowances during a pandemic, but this story is so similar to other stories from before the pandemic that I cannot. I may upgrade my rating if I receive my money back without delay, but for now I am thoroughly dissatisfied and have ordered my coffee machine somewhere else, because I refuse to support bad service.
