Total theft by deception. I ordered critair at 3.90 with no mention of 39 per month as I did not read confirmation. Certificate never arrived and the only cancellation I am able to effect is from crit air and not from Alternativi so having to cancell at bank as can not trust their website. Also reporting to Que Chosier and gouv,fr as the pretend to be a government department so shoule be sued and put in prison

All I wanted was a Crit-Air sticker to enable my wife to drive her car in Toulouse. What I got was a subscription of €39/month which includes ten stickers per month. Who would want 10 Crit-Air stickers every month ? I discovered that €39 had been taken from my bank account a few days later which rang alarm bells. I spoke with my bank who recommended that I put a stop on my card and they would issue a new one. So, until my new card arrived I was not able to access my money. Then I had to change other automatic payments which are paid this way. I wasted hours and I may incur bank charges. My son kindly wrote them a letter and after I sent a further letter I received a refund. My advice to you, stay clear of Alternativi if you just want one Crit-Air sticker and go straight to the official Gov.Fr site.

Update: After posting this review, I was contacted by the company alledging it was defamatory and then stating it was a different company with the same name, despite referencing my transaction details. I stand by the factual accuracy of my experience and advise others to use the official Gov.fr website if they only want a single Crit’Air sticker.

Je voulais juste une vignette Crit-Air pour que ma femme puisse conduire sa voiture à Toulouse. J'ai reçu un abonnement à 39 €/mois comprenant dix vignettes. Qui voudrait dix vignettes Crit-Air tous les mois ? J'ai constaté le prélèvement de 39 € sur mon compte quelques jours plus tard, ce qui m'a mis la puce à l'oreille. J'ai contacté ma banque qui m'a conseillé de faire opposition sur ma carte et de lui en envoyer une nouvelle. Du coup, en attendant ma nouvelle carte, je n'ai pas pu accéder à mon argent. J'ai ensuite dû modifier d'autres prélèvements automatiques effectués de cette manière. J'ai perdu des heures et je devrai peut-être payer des frais bancaires. Mon fils leur a gentiment écrit une lettre et, après une deuxième letter, j'ai obtenu un remboursement. Mon conseil : évitez Alternativi si vous voulez juste une vignette Crit-Air et allez directement sur le site officiel du gouvernement français.

Mise à jour : Après avoir publié cet avis, j’ai été contacté par l’entreprise qui prétendait qu’il était diffamatoire, puis a affirmé être une autre entreprise portant le même nom, malgré la référence aux détails de ma transaction. Je maintiens la véracité de mon expérience et conseille à tous d’utiliser le site officiel Gov.fr s’ils souhaitent uniquement un autocollant Crit’Air.

J’ai signalé cette pratique de facturation à la DGCCRF.
