Good Bank Experience
Had a fantastic banking experience thanks to Angie, my account CSM. Altery is definitely worth the time, and their app feels very stable compared to other banks on the market.

What is this is this even legal bank??? On email you send email you closed account and didnt even ask for new bank details where to send my own money. Then im sending you 15x email without any replying 10x messages on whatsapp all ignored your phone number are scam what is goin on i have all proofs that you are scamers im now make a complain on every website you have every social media and financial ombudsman

Extremely Disappointed! Transfer Rejected, NO REFUND After 1.5 Months!
Update:
After two months I received the tracking code and now I have contacted my bank to confirm the whereabouts of the money and he is finally back in my account
I am furious with Altery. I transferred money from my own bank account to my Altery account on September 18th.
The transfer never arrived. On Sep 23rd, they asked for proof, which I provided. A week later (Sep 30th), they REJECTED the transfer.
It is now November 5th. It has been 48 days since I sent the money and 36 days since it was "rejected." I still have NOT received my refund.
Customer support is useless. I've contacted them 4 times.
First, they said a "team would contact me" (they never did).
Then, they asked for my bank statement (I sent it).
Then, they asked for two months of statements!
Their latest excuse is they are "waiting for refund proof from their provider." This is unacceptable. Altery has been holding my money hostage for over a month after rejecting the transfer.
Avoid this company at all costs. They are holding my funds and provide zero solutions.

This is the worst company i ever used on all transfers i received they blocked each transfers for no reasons then canceling the transfers has there were not enough option to add funds onto the account they continued to waste my time and asking even the conversation of my nephew has am currently away overseas even demanding the personal communication of my nephew the service is a disgrace they lengthy time to respond back i have now closed this ridiculous account

Zero customer focus and total suspicion.
No fintech service has ever requested so many confidential documents for verification! Endless requests for more and more documents, bank statements, etc. As if I'm some kind of scammer. They'll even get into your bed. I absolutely do not recommend them; there are plenty of other services where compliance and KYC identification are simpler and more trustworthy. Two of my friends, who live in different countries, also had their accounts suddenly blocked, and they were unable to get their money back for two months.

I’ve been waiting for more than three weeks and my account is still “under review.” Every day they ask for more and more documents without giving any clear reason or progress. Extremely slow and unprofessional service. I do not recommend this bank at all.
