No issue with the company but the product did nothing at all. It doesn't absorb very well and just sits on the skin (it's a light brown colour). I used it twice a day for months but it didn't do anything to improve the mild eczema and rosacea on my face.
This product has been a life saver, my skin condition is so much better. Works better than anything else I've tried. It is espgood for the psoriasis I have on my intimate area.
I have been avoiding pharmaceutical products to treat it and was very happy to discover this.
Delivery is very prompt. I live in Ireland and there are no stockists here.

I've read in the news about the effectiveness of the Altheys products against psoriasis, and wanted to give it a try.
There was an offer that if you order 3 items, you will get the fourth for free, so I ordered 4 products against psoriasis.
I've received the parcel 5 days later, which only contained 3 out of the 4 items that I've ordered. Okay, that happens from time to time, so I contacted the customer support - where I've got completely ignored, no response even a month later.
Out of the three items received, the pump of the face cream was broken, it was not possible to get any cream out of the container. Well whatever, I could break the container open and transfer the cream into another container....
At this point I still felt like, if the creams worked, I would be happy with the purchase.
Now, they are not extremely pleasant to use, they don't really absorb into the skin well, and they have an unattractive smell. It's bearable for the body cream it's only mildly unpleasant, but for the face cream, the smell is rather intense.
As for their effectiveness against psoriasis, a week after starting to use the Altheys products, my skin looked the worst it had been for several years. Seeing how bad psoriasis flare-ups I had, I stopped using the creams, and within five days my skin went back to free of symptoms.
Overall, even if the company offered me that I could get any of their products for free in any quantity and any time for rest of my life, I still wouldn't order from them again.
