Bon conducteur, conduite très douce, laisse les voitures dépasser en se garant temporairement. Je serais prêt à payer plus pour ce trajet (2€ seulement).

Excellent Customer Satisfaction!!
I always find the online booking process with Altibus to be user-friendly. I will definitely continue to purchase my tickets in advance from their website. What I appreciated most about their service was how fast and efficient it was. On one occasion, I needed to change the date of my ticket due to my vet rescheduling an appointment. After I sent Altibus an email requesting a ticket date change, they promptly resent me a new ticket. This is what I call "excellent customer satisfaction!"

Cancellation Refund
Due to a change in travel plan and i was unable to change the return dates of the original order, I tried to cancel it yesterday with more than 7 calendar days to the travel dates at the end April, but the cancellation website did not seem to work. Given the circumstances, I have rebooked a new one-way tickets while waiting to cancel the two-way tickets. Hope you can assist with the cancellation process and refund. Thank you

All good
Bus stopped a few times from Geneva Airport to Avoriaz top car park (Geneva center, Thonon-les-Bains train station, Morzine center, Avoriaz top). All ok, reclining seats, plenty of space. Drivers on way there and way back were helpful.

To avoid! A fuir!
The bus was late and skipped some stops to catch up… We missed it because of that.. No refund, no excuses, no empathy at all.. to avoid absolutely!
Bus pas à l’heure qui ne marque pas certains arrêts pour rattraper... Pas de remboursement, pas d’excuses, aucune preuve de la moindre empathie. À fuir absolument.

The bus didn't stop !
The bus was late (10 min late) and didn't wait for us when it came (the driver didn't go out the bus to check if we were there even if we called the company to tell them that WE were waiting for him).
It's inacceptable !!
We had to find a taxi ourself and pay for it (75 euros), they didn't come back to us with a solution.

Quick, easy and affordable
Quick, easy and affordable. I've taken the Altibus a couple of times from Val Thorens to other ski resorts because the local ski bus was only running a few times a day and Altibus offered a better timetable. We had the same driver every time and he was very friendly and a good driver.
