Bought a Java water feature which cracked in the first year. Customer service were terrible basically saying tough luck. These products should not be sold as outdoor water features even though too big for inside. Waste of £250!

There was an important part missing on a water fountain purchased from a garden centre. I contacted Altico who after 9 days had not replied. I was promised they would phone me back once they had spoken to there spares department. THEY DIDNT.
On phoning them again they promised to call back which they did only to tell me that there was no such part so could not supply.
I could see on the fountain there were distinct cut outs and grooves to accommodate a shaped cover.
After considerable research I located and obtained the part. On informing them of there incorrect information they requested me to send photos and details of supplier.

Website does not provide information on length of mains cable provided with water features, However many retailers including preferred suppliers state 10M. On purchasing from local garden centre discovered only 5M long which means cannot put £200 water feature in planned space. Contacted Altico who simply stated they switched to 5M and blamed retailers who havent updated website. Terrible customer service.
