I found them very friendly and easy to talk to regarding buying a business. They were able to get the financial information quickly, and answered all my questions quickly, and were most helpful throughout the process

I seriously would not recommend this company to sell your business especially small businesses. From my experience with them they have not fulfilled what they said they would and want an extortionate fee for doing so. I was told that they don’t recommend putting a sign above your business, after over 6 months I asked for a board, they said it would be £50 as I didn’t opt for that package, I wasn’t offered a package. I’ve read reviews saying how helpful they are and they get monthly updates so I don’t know why I didn’t get the same treatment. If I hadn’t rang them for updates then I would never have heard from them. They tell you that you have to give 60 days notice before your contract ends when in actual fact it was 60 days from the contract ending. I have wasted 14 months with this company, they sell you a dream but what you actually get is a nightmare.

Would just like to say thank you to all at Business Buyers for all the help I have received in what turned out to be a long and stressful handover of my business, through no fault of theirs, just extremely difficult landlords! My contact, Tom, was incredibly professional and supportive, constantly chasing on my behalf. Someone was always on the end of the direct dial, and when they weren't, somebody would deputise and knew what was going on. If there was yet another hold up, I always had an answer as to why. All in all, a relief it is now done, thanks so much to you all.
