Total scam!
Lousy customer service, Size indications are incorrect, return policy sucks, Very long delivery times. XL turned out be be no larger then L size, product was replaced, which took another 2 weeks as this also had to come from China whereas XL turned out to be an L at max. so still way to small for me.
When returned you are expected to send it to China at your own expense, refund should come after a review of the returned product but I doubt if that will ever happen...

I ordered from them. Told them the size was incorrect and to cancel the order. They already sent it over but item never arrived. They said they would refund my money ASAP but it never happened. This shop is 100% a SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. LESSON LEARNED - READ REVIEWS FIRST BEFORE PLACING ORDERS.

DO NOT ORDER from this online company that does show a Utrecht address and phone number. The phone service is unreachable and the email unresponsive.
After further investigation I've found that this site is FALSE and is based in China, not Utrecht.
I should have looked for a KvK number, which I usually do as well as a Trust Pilot review, which I now see from others here is poor.

First of all it appeared as a Dutch site but you actually order from China. It took 3 weeks to arrive and what was supposed to be a Christmas sweater is more a pajama blouse. And it cost 49 euro.
