Fraud. Altos credit card flagged for fraud after I checked in and received boarding passes as I was ready to board. Wasn’t able to board at last minute having to pay almost three times more to get home that day

To start I paid extra money for good seats
On the airline the air line assigned seats there were three of us the seats weren’t together after this was booked thru this agency my credit card was used I have never had this happen booking direct.

Daisy Scott reached out to me by email and by phone to make sure I received my reservation and my etickets for my flight. She was helpful and gave me all the information I needed,

Got me where I was going, when I needed to get there. Was a last minute trip, so I am very greatful that they were able to get me the flight I needed. They helped me maneuver the obstacles that I faced.

Altos travel booked airline tickets for my wife and I through Delta Airlines.
My wife and I arrived at the airport only to find hour tickets were fraudulent and had been flagged and cancelled. Delta airline refused to give refund. Thay said the money I gave Altos travel to pay them was fraudulent use, there for thay would not ish refund my money. I have been advised by Delta to let credit card company handle it.
Meanwhile my wife and I have had hour retirement vacation in Hawaii ruined thanks to Altos travel.

Very poorly done very unorganized and didn’t get what I wanted.Was not listening to what the customer was asking for.

Ana was so very patient and understood exactly what I needed and so nice to work with! Great Experience and easy to schedule with.

Roy was an amazing help while trying to get a flight for my grandson to return to the naval base in Virginia right after Christmas. His support was extremely valuable for us. The only problem was that the flight was booked in January instead of December. However Roy took care of the mistake quickly and refunded our tickets and fees. Couldn’t get any flights. :(

Anna was a wonderful lady very helpful. Couldn’t ask for anybody better.

James took a lot of his time trying to help me. He was diligent and offered me many alternatives to my travel plans but they didn't work out to my timing. He did a great job.
