Unresponsive and defamatory

I am a neurodivergent business owner from the United Kingdom working in the public relations industry. Miloš Maričić From the Altruist League approached me because he was attempting to create a Wikipedia entry about himself to promote this company. Initially, he tried to get a free consultation out of me by sending me his hagiographic draft and his sources to look at and asked me what the likelihood that he would qualify for Wikipedia was. I told him to purchase my preliminary notability assessment and draft review service so that I could take the time to review his press and his draft while getting sufficiently compensated for my time. Despite having a queue for such work I expedited his consultation because he was keen to find out whether he qualified for Wikipedia or not and acting incredibly impatiently. I completed his report well within the allotted timeframe. The result of the report was that he was not notable and his draft wasn’t suitable for Wikipedia because it made no attempt to show how he was notable. It was basically a promotional hagiography promoting his paid-speaker gigs. Upon receiving his report he attempted something known as friendly fraud, which is where a client orders work but then makes unfounded complaints about the work’s quality and demands a refund leaving the freelancer out of pocket. He was nasty and abusive in his email so, in accordance with my terms and conditions, I didn’t respond. About a week later he posted a false and defamatory statement on social media about me and my business claiming that I wasn’t a real person and that he’d hired me to create a Wikipedia entry about himself. When in actuality there was no way that anyone could create a Wikipedia entry about him because he simply isn’t notable. I have tried to contact Alturist League on numerous occasions to remedy the situation but they have been unresponsive. Meanwhile, their false and defamatory comments about my business have impacted me, my reputation and my mental health. There is nothing altruistic about this business and the way they have acted is the very opposite of altruism. They are downright greedy and entitled.

We have handed over all communication received from this person to Swiss and British authorities, and this is for us henceforth a police matter. The person has sent numerous emails to Altruist League staff and partners, claiming mental illness and threatening suicide if his demands were not met. We take threats to our staff very seriously.
