I placed my order July 13. It has been over a week. It shows ordered but nothing about shipping. I cannot get these people to respond to me. I have tried to call. I have left numerous emails and numerous messages. I used Afterpay so they have received full payment for three months supply, which is close to $500 and yet I have received nothing.

The customer service team was polite when I reached out, but the delivery updates were a bit confusing. The item itself is alright, just standard quality

The wait so far is 12 days after " approval". The communication is in " generic" response phrasing and not helpful in any way. Then silent after I press and complained

I am reading so many bad reviews and I'm starting to get worried but I ordered my medicine July 17 and everything has been so good so far. They respond very quickly, haven't left me hanging or anything!!! I'm waiting for my meds to ship now. They don't do anything on the weekends so that's probably why ppl feel like it takes so long to get their meds. But so far I've had an amazing experience! I will write another review when I receive my shipment. I ordered the 6 month plan but they can only do 3 months at a time due to the time frame on the meds being ok. So we shall see how everything goes!

I paid July 3rd for tirzepitide, I have received nothing-I have called 3 times-each time AltRx saying they are expediting my order-BS. I asked for a refund-no-too late they said. Do not use this company. It is July 20th-nothing.

Placed order, no medical intake, just ran for the money info and got approved. Order placed almost a week ago. Days ago I requested a cancellation bc Dr advided me not to take it. Finally got an answer from a bot at 3 AM telling me too late to cancel. That was 3 days ago and it still is " processing." It's a scam. Do not buy from them.

They don’t advertise that the B12 that they put in their product is not methylated. I have to have methylated B vitamins do to a health condition. WhenI caught it before the product shipped, sent numerous messages to the support team and the medical team. medical team has yet gotten back with me and the support keeps telling me that they’re looking into the situation. $432 later the product shipped, just came in and the packaging has defrosted. The product isn’t even cold. I plan to seek legal now. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

The Tirzepatide is compounded with b12, it didn't specify that when ordering. It looks like it's just straight b12. I'll see how it works over the next week. I paid for 6 month supply, probably won't order again after that.

Well, where to start... I looked at sites that offer GLP-1 medication for a more affordable cost. ALTrx was similar to Trimrx. In retrospect, not much could separate the two sites. Anyway, I called ALTrx customer service to speak with an actual person to obtain general information about the site and how it differs from other sites; specifically, Trimrx. The "gentleman" I spoke with, informed me that he could not give me any information unless I had an account. I explained that I was only after general information. I said verbatim, "wow, that's crazy! OK well, have a good day, goodbye. I received a text message shortly after that from another customer service rep. I reiterated what happened and they somehow convinced me to continue. This was based solely on a discount offer. Unfortunately, for me, I decided to proceed with the process of medication purchase. I had asked a medical question, to a doctor on the site, through support. The next day, I spoke with my therapist who warned me against such sites. Then I started looking further into the reviews. There was no message, yet, from any doctor. I sent a message stating I wished to cancel. I sent a text to the the rep saying I wished to cancel. I sent emails and another message through support stating the same. I received responses as to why and I explained about the negative reviews. Also, fear of quality of medication, or lack thereof. I received a message stating the medication had been ordered. After cancelation requests, mind you. They have sent a message that they will try to cancel the medication order, if the pharmacy can do so. I responded with an expectation of return and refund, since I asked for cancelation several times before the order. This company sucks. Do not bother. It will only serve you with regret.

I was charged for all 6 months up front. WTH? Thought it was month to month. I also said what dose I have been on & they reduced it by half.
Dont see a number to call & speak to anyone.

I can't belive the bad reviews I'm reading. AltRx has been great! I've had fantastic support and the care team has helped me every step of the way. Awesome results and their products are working for me. Professional company with professional care and results. I'm happy I found and went with AltRx.

So I received my Zepbound July 15th. I had a little bump not having a provider signed to me. But everything was straighten out I started my first injection Friday the 17th. My membership is locked in for life at $149.00 a month which is pretty decent price and it's reasonable there were other companies that was going to charge $280.00 a month which I was not going to be able to forward. When I came across ALTRx I was pleased with the zepbound. But zepbound is so expensive. So I'm excited to start back taking zepbound injections again. I wish everyone a successful weight loss journey.

AltRx has terrible customer service and predatory billing practices where they sign you up at a lower price then bill you the next month for twice as month without your knowledge. My price was supposed to be $149 monthly, but on my second month I was charged $299 with no warning of the price increase and was not given an opportunity to agree or refuse. They refused to give me a refund stating that was just the price for that month, but I have lifetime pricing at $149. They also refused to send me confirmation of the price increase. I believe had I not complained they would have kept doing this. Anyone else this has happened to please contact the better business bureau so all further accounts can be tracked for litigation.

I was using trim rx and discovered alt rx. Alt rx is hundreds of dollars cheaper. They dont suck you in, and trap you into a subscription that is almost impossible to cancel. I love alt rx, and I cant believe that they dont have better reviews!

This company stated in advertising that there was 1 price no matter tge dosage, but the minute I went up to the 5 MG level they charged me 299 and told me that it was a beginner price. So truth in advertising is 1 reason the other reason they promised 199 for life then not only charged me 299 they shorted the medication to 2 doses at the 5 MG level. Worst company ever!! I have photo evidence of the lie.

I have just ordered my second month with reassurance my price is fixed. I was really concerned initially because of so many bad reviews. But I am totally satisfied with the product, timely shipping, easy ordering, communication, and thus, the company.

Took money before talking to a “doctor “ tried to cancel within minutes they stole my money

I order my medication on July 6th. They took my money on July 10. It’s July 18th and I haven’t received anything. I was switching to them from another company. So I asked to given 7.5. They approved 7.5. They took my money, but still nothing. The website says it’s processing. Thank goodness I requested the next dose a month early. So I not running out, but I feel like the AltRx website I was directed to over July 4th weekend was a scam. It was advertising Trizepitide $149 forever. The weird thing is my husband used the same website and he got his meds. He started at the lowest dose. He paid with credit card, I paid with debit card. I have less power to dispute the charges. I want to put these details out to see if anyone else is having the same issue. I get some responses, but nothing is moving along.

Very much a scam. Called my General Attorney’s office and was told they are on the radar of everyone who has a part in this company. DO NOT be as stupid as I was and fall for this crappy company, if you can call it a company. I’ve notified Klarna and Washington DC. If it’s too good to be true, it is.

Claimed flat rate permanent low pricing and immediately tripled my pricing after the first billing cycle. I called them on it, they admitted their mistake, still wouldn’t refund me the difference and offered me a new HIGHER price than the one I was supposed to be charged. Ultimately had to dispute with credit card issuer and the entire customer support p experience with AltRX was absolutely terrible. These people are crooks.
