Our standard fee structure is set at 50% of the savings generated by our work, and we acknowledge that your previous contract was at a lower rate of 25%. During the renewal discussions, our adviser highlighted the reasons behind the fee adjustment, including the Rating List duration, which is currently expected to be much shorter, imposing a tighter timeline for our surveyors to gather evidence and maintain the high standard of our services.
