I ordered the custom motorized zip screen blinds for our patio. Right from the inquiry to ordering and shipping- Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful. When we finally installed the motorized screens, they are high quality and very aesthetically pleasing. A great product, we’re thrilled to have these.

Amazing product. Lukas and AlunoTec really came through with the Customized pergola, starting from communication about the design and sharing progress overall through the shipping process. On top of that, the assembly was extremely simple with the instructions provided. Also, everything worked as soon as you plugged in and super easy to setup. The pergola is well built and looks like a premium product.

I ordered this product, not knowing how good a quality it is. We selected a 6 x 3 pergola, with 3 electric blinds with glass doors on the reamining side. The product was delivered as promissed. Everything about the pergola is quality. The thickness of the stainless steel, to the double skinned louvre. all of the parts fitted without any issues. The instructions were clear. I can highly recommend this company.

It was a pleasure working with John and his team. We have their biggest freestanding pergola. I am writing this review after 18 months of usage. It is amazing and looks new. Everyone coming home compliment the quality and the looks. Excellent fit and finish. Would definitely buy from them again.

Chloe was instrumental in customizing the pergola to my specific needs, staying patient and available for technical questions while providing expert advice that gave me total confidence in the design. This professionalism carried over into the order and payment process, where the team provided complete 3D CAD drawings to verify exact dimensions before finalizing the transaction via Alibaba Trade Assurance for a secure, transparent experience. Annie was fantastic during the shipment phase, keeping me constantly updated and providing detailed production inspection reports and videos before the item even left the facility. The company correctly warned us about the weight of the crates and the necessity of a forklift for unloading, and thanks to the robust packaging, everything arrived on schedule and in perfect condition. As a small suggestion for an even more seamless experience—and this is certainly no criticism of the company itself, but rather a thought for a perfect end-to-end process—it would be wonderful if the delivery service offered an unloading option so customers don't have to arrange their own equipment. That said, the installation itself was smooth due to highly detailed instructions; as the manual correctly noted, the scale of the project required three additional people for the heavy lifting, but the result is an outstanding build quality that feels solid, premium, and built to last. Everything was precisely engineered and fit together perfectly, and I want to give a huge thank you to Chloe for the design help and Annie for the logistics and after-sales support, as their outstanding service made this a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Katrina spent a long time with me even at odd hours explaining the features and customising a pergola to suit my space. Communication throughout the process was frequent and thorough.

The pergola was delivered smoothly, well packaged and complete.
Assembly was straight forward and instructions were concise.

Brilliant customer service from Lukas and Annie at Alunotec. Looks like a great product and can't wait to have it installed.

Some hiccups with payment due to me not using Alipay and Alibaba taking a long time to recognise and credit the payment to the Alunotec so I recommend using Alipay only or pay the company directly via swift transfer.

Shipping agent (Across The Ocean) used which is an Australian company has poor customer service, and wouldn't use a crane truck or even talk to local crane truck companies so I had to pay extra to have it delivered to site by a crane truck company. Told me it would be delivered one day and I organised this with the crane company only to be told on the day that they made a mistake and that was when it was getting collected from the port.

None of this is a reflection of Alunotec who were highly professional, but it affects my experience and I hope Alunotec considers using a different shipping agent in the future.

Everyone at Aluno Tec were very helpful right from the start. I didn’t want a standard pergola and they helped me with the extract one I wanted.The price was a little bit more expensive than others I compared it with but the thickness of posts , beams,louvers and quality of materials won me over . When it arrived I was impressed by the quality and attention to detail. A few minor issues but the rest was so good I felt it would be a disservice to mention them . One very happy customer here

Easy withdrawal I love it

Let me be transparent: I was skeptical. Ordering a pergola of this magnitude internationally and sight unseen? That's a significant leap of faith. So much so that I hired an independent inspector to verify the product before shipment.
Here's what impressed me—Lukas Gao and the AlunoTec team didn't bristle at my caution. They graciously partnered with my inspector, ensuring we had everything we needed to move forward with confidence. That level of transparency told me everything I needed to know about who I was doing business with.
The T-600 quality absolutely lived up to my expectations. Our friends can't stop commenting on how stunning it is—and honestly, neither can we.
When we discovered materials issues after shipment, Lukas didn't make excuses or leave me navigating solutions alone. He was accommodating, responsive, and made sure the situation was remedied post-production.
Cora Lin, the assistant merchandiser, deserves equal recognition. Between Lukas and Cora, I had every operational document I needed for my T-600, and they graciously fielded my many questions throughout the shipping process—especially the persistent "Where is it?" inquiries. They kept me informed with tracking updates all the way to my door.
I also have to mention the delivery driver who brought the cargo to my home. Skillful, pleasant, and made what could have been a stressful exchange completely seamless. Please share this feedback with him—other clients should be so lucky to experience his service.

The design from my customised pergola went without problems. Phoebe was very helpfull and resposive to my specific requests. The delivery took a little longer than planned due to holidays and weather conditions. When it arrived it was very well packed and there was no dammaged.
