I paid for the goods and fast delivery…
I paid for the goods and fast delivery on November 24, the arrival period was up to 6 days, And the goods arrived only on December 2, I demand a refund at least for "fast" delivery.

There is no reason to give us bad review.
You have paid 6 Eur for delivery by Itella with delivery time 3-6 business days.

Your package was shipped 24.11 and Itella was trying to deliver on business day #5 on 01.12.2021. Nobody was at home.
So all is OK and no reason to refund anything.
