£6.50 for a smaller than average sample
£6.50 for a smaller than average wall panel sample thrown in a jiffy bag. I thought it was a selection pack at that price (as indicated by the title), the product details are misleading and should be referred to trading standards but not sure I can be bothered. Other companies deliver impressively presented box packs, so this company seems to be aiming for the bottom market. Product was also lower quality when compared to other companies.

Thank you for your review, Jonathan. We’re disappointed to read your comments, and we’d like to clarify the facts for transparency.
The listing clearly states the dimensions (15 x 12 x 1.3 cm) and that the purchase includes 1x panel sample. This information is visible prior to checkout, alongside all available finishes and options.
In terms of pricing, our samples are individually cut by hand from full-sized panels (retail value up to £199) to allow customers to properly assess the material and finish. The sample price (£2.99) reflects this process, while the delivery fee (£3.49) does not fully cover our actual postage cost sending to your address. Each item is carefully packed in a Protective Padded Mailer to ensure safe delivery.
We also note that shortly before leaving this review, you requested an additional sample in a different finish. Unfortunately, that option is currently out of stock due to high demand, and we’re unable to supply unavailable items.
We stand by the accuracy of our product descriptions and the quality of our panels. We supply a large number of customers each month, and feedback on our samples is overwhelmingly positive.
If the sample is not suitable for your needs, you are welcome to return it, and we will be happy to arrange a refund.

Thank you so much for your kind feedback, Mike! We’re really pleased to hear that you’re happy with the quality of your acoustic panels and that our CS team was able to resolve things for you quickly.
We’re sorry again that an incorrect colour was initially sent — this was due to a warehouse picking error where the order was misread, which can occasionally happen. We appreciate your understanding while we got the correct item out to you.

Great quality! Highly recommended …
Easy to use website and delivery was quicker than quoted. The wood panels are really good quality and look very expensive. The smaller sized panels were much easier for me to work with and the cut very easily and were super easy to fit.

Fantastic communication.
Fantastic communication.
Aluxo kept this settee for when we were ready. Could have had it 7 days after the purchase.
From start to finish we were in constant communication.
The sofa is exactly as we hoped, really easy to put together with detailed instructions.
Exactly as described, makes our living space look so much bigger even though the sofa is bigger than our previous one.
Thank you very much Aluxo X

Amazing sofa set
So, I’ve been meaning to type this up, but kept putting it off because I wanted to give it the proper attention it deserved. I didn’t want to leave a subpar review.
First of all, I ordered two separate items from Aluxo. The first was the ALUXO Tribeca Bubble Corner Sofa, which has now become my favourite spot in the house — I sleep there, work there, and even eat there haha.
The team was extremely helpful in responding to my queries and provided a fantastic customer service experience throughout. I later added an armchair to complement my corner sofa, and now that the set is complete, I couldn’t be happier.
I highly recommend purchasing from Aluxo as they offer fantastic products and excellent service. It definitely won’t be the last time I order from them, although with the quality of the Tribeca Bubble corner sofa, I trust it will last for a very long time.
Thank you.
