Everything arrived on time and the delivery guys were super kind and helpful. The desks and the chairs were exactly as advertised and we were very pleased with them! The only note I would give is that I did not find the customer service the most friendly/communicative. Had to follow up quite a bit and the messages back were not always the clearest or helpful. But eventually everything was in order which is what matters the most!

Alvero reacted promptly to my request to supply office equipment, and we were set up for our new office in a few days. The delivery and set-up in the office went smoothly. There was a good choice of equipment on their website.

Alvero was quick to answer back. All the things we ordered looked the way we perceive from the website. One of the things we wanted wasn't available and the suggested replacement worked just as well. However, the delivery times go from 9 to 12 and you can't ensure when your furniture will arrive precisely. Something to work on.

Worst service I ever had for a company!

I ordered a desk through my company on July 15th (3 months ago) with Alvero. Long wait to get it delivered, but when it finally happened, the system to lift it was broken. So we got a table that is very low and gives us back issues (I'm heavily pregnant so working with a table that is so low is causing me so many issues)

We contacted them and they agreed to replace it and after 2 months we finally got an appointment (on a very inconvenient day when I had a doctor appointment for an echo). Due to the fact that I had really bad back pain because of the desk, my husband stayed at home to get it delivered, since they couldnt really change the date neither time and it was already taking so long. When they rang, he opened and after a while they contacted me that they couldnt find the apartment and they simply left.

Now Im waiting for a month to get another appointment and luckily I will get the table in another 3 weeks (hopefully this time they manage to find the apartment within the apartment block and they manage not to break it in between).

Great service, the delivery men were really helpful

Alvero delivered my desk through a transport company with poor services, that saves money on providing 1 transport worker instead of 2, requesting client to carry the delivered furniture and not checking is everything functions after installation.

Result: 1) I was expected and I had to carry the heavy desk myself; 2) The worker had no clue how to operate an adjustable desk and did not check if it works, which turned out was not the case.

After my repeated calls, they have sent the same company to replace the desk with a third party worker who again had no clue about the issue and who requested me again to carry the desk! I rejected both.

At the end, It was not before one month passed, that after my clear demands the company finally sent Alvero workers, who understand how to adjust the desk. Only after that the issue was resolved.

All in all, the whole hassle could have been avoided, if desk were delivered by professional Alvera workers the first time, with a proper service to adjust the desk instead of a cheap unprofessional company, who cannot even transport the desk properly. Unpleasant experience.

Ordered two home working desks. Only one was delivered. The driver did not know anything about the second one. After calling the second one was delivered weeks later and turned out to be a slightly different model.
The phone help desk was easy to reach and friendly.

Super efficient, quick, very nice chit chat with the delivery team who arrives on time and provided professional service from A to Z.
I highly recommend Alvero !
