Very bad compliance department. I had a case to deposit money as usual and then I can’t withdraw my money. I did contact the compliance department and no reply since 3days till now. They are thieves. Their customer service support also don’t reply. So keep your money with you and don’t enter a battle that you will certainly lose.

Very bad selling team. They advertise free training, which I followed up from a link to see what it means. That snowballed quickly into loads of follow up calls, telling me at the end that I fit into their category of people who always find an excuse not to invest, and why did I answer their phone the first time, as I'm wasting their time.
Extraordinary pushy to get you into their platform, and when confronted with the huge amount of bad reviews, they answer " if you go to a restaurant, and it has bad reviews, but you like the food, the reviews don't matter". What ?!? Spoke nice to me, even joked, until I said I'm not interested, and then, true colours came out : You should have not answer the phone if you're not going to join, wasting people's time!
From my point of view, stay away, just another company which makes money from onboarding as many clients as possible. Or it could be a scam, in which case it's even worse.

Total crap, never paid my earnings, based on the IP location when I was at my worksite abroad. Agressive talking and insisting on transfer more money. Never ever. Surprised how they got 3.4 stars😂😂😂

This is the worst experience I've ever had in customer service, and I'm seriously concerned it's simply a facade of a major fraud.

I created an account and submitted my documents for verification, then funded the account with an amount of money that was credited instantly. I soon after received a call from an agent named "Fatima" who further transferred the call to someone she called "Doctor" and named "Samir" who took some 20 minutes trying to convince me of transferring a good sum of money to benefit from benefits dedicated to exclusive clients.

I next read the many reviews here that really worried me and decided to withdraw my money, only to receive an email that "in order to proceed with the withdrawal request, the account has to be verified" and "in order to complete the verification procedure" I need to "reply back to this email forwarding the 2 page of your passport were the expire date is written" which I exactly did, immediately; only to receive a notification on the app that their compliance department reviewed and rejected it.. and asked me to resubmit!

It's really weird and suspicious that they have no problem accepting the funds without account verification, yet a refund cannot be processed without it!

Big warning to everyone: be careful. Be. Careful.

I have a good experience in forex trading and I am dealing with so many companies and I lost above 300,000 $ with scammers people and companies but when I am starting with alvexo especially with Mr.Mouaz Mehmeet I got good profits because he is professional and He is the best for me, he is teaching advising helping all the time, I am really honest on my talks because I am comfortable to deal with him , soon I will increase my wallet amount in alvexo by deposit good money.

Do Not Trust these crooks with your money!
Look at ALL the other Negative reviews rather than their fake ones!

Some how stole my information, called me & wouldn't leave me alone when I said I don't consent to this phone call. Unprofessional, scheming, money grabbers. Stay clear of this Scum!

I won't raccoons it to any one in Europe that want to start trading very basic no much tools and the support it reaches you after long wait and they even not really good with customer support or service few words so they appear still professional but won't give you the help you need or make you happy at the end of the day its like telling you this is your problem

I have had such a great experience with Alvexo since joining in about 6 months. As for my accounts manager, Michalinia; she is simply the best anyone can have. Her dedication to duty , patience and knowledge is superb.

I am very happy with their services.

They are unprofessional, spammers and even after repeated requests i still keep getting emails and annoying silent calls- i assume it is them as they refuse to remove mydetails. Have reported to UK ICO office for data privacy violation. Avoid them

I opened an joint account on the understanding that my stepson was going to run it. I was sick and tired of them contacting me and not once did they contact my stepson. We didn’t even trade. I opened the account with £501 and because of been messed around, I decided to retrieve my money which took ages to get . They charged me £142.55 to get my money back. Live chat is useless and no phone number to contact. Absolutely fuming,

Awful experience it started off good they are so eager to set you up and get your account verified and take a deposit , however when it comes to withdrawing the money which should take 3-5 working days they do not even make any acknowledgment that you have requested your money to be withdrawn , they also have no direct contact number but they will make sure they call you everyday talking to you about trades and they’ll send you emails everyday etc ... but soon as you request your money back it’s like they forget your number exists. Only acknowledgment you get is when you cancel your withdrawal to re request it again they confirm it’s been cancelled which is just a joke. Now you have the hassle of trying to contact them with no direct number , the live chat bots do not work they repeatedly tell you to wait 5 minutes whilst they find an agent , never known it be this hard to withdraw money with a broker by far the worst when it comes to getting your money back.

I was contacted by many different trading companies who I found to be very pushy nearly to the point of bullying. However one day I was called by a girl named Eva she explained who she was, she put no pressure on me at all, she allowed me time to do all the checks. Mario became my account manager, he was exceptionally patient and kind even when i didn't listen. His method of education one to one was excellent it really helped me to understand how things worked. I continue to work with Mario and wouldn't have problem in recommending as an accounts manager.

Zero stars if available. They call you 20 times a day from Ireland or Cyprus and when you unsubscribe you still get bombarded with rubbish. Stay clear is my advice.

They have 100 different phone numbers and will constantly call you on every single one until you block them all. I’m still getting calls at silly hours from them.

quite annoying they are and keep calling in the last few months I have been receiving calls from them only to hang up as soon I pick the phone. scammers and spammers

My experience with Alvexo has been mixed. To be honest, the service they provide with prompt calls and responses is good.

But the following are the serious problems I faced with the platform:

1. Platform limitations - you cannot change Stop loss / take profits overnight or during market closed time period. This is a serious issue as, if the markets open with a gap down one is faced with a massive loss!
Even though you know the markets are to open down you cannot do anything so safeguard yourself! I find that ridiculous as most other platforms, allow changes in stop loss and take profit for overnight positions.
This means, ideally one should not be looking at carrying any position beyond the day or you are taking uncharted levels of risk which can literally wipe your entire account balance off!

2. Lack of instruments - the platform has limited number of instruments.

3. They keep pushing you for higher amounts for “getting access to certain instruments”
Which I find fishy.

4. The level of service and soft speech of the representatives vanishes as soon as you show you don’t agree with a point they make. And when you initiate the withdrawals, the relationship takes steep downturn!
It’s like a hard ugly breakup 😂

5. No ownership of advice. They claim they do not provide advice on stocks, but provide enough push over calls and emails that you get the “HINT” of the idea.
Which is fine till it works, but if it doesn’t, of course this is “Not an advice”

6. Higher costing - as compared to most other brokers offering similar or better equipped platforms to trade on CFDs.

Few positives:
1. Very prompt in account opening process.
2. Some agents who manage the opened
accounts are prompt and revert quickly.

I am in process of withdrawing the balances from the platform. Will update on the time taken and about the smoothness of the process once it is completed.

Worst customer service ever ! No responds to emails, account manager contact you once per week with no follow up on the pending positions, i lost all my equity because of their negligence.
