I placed an order middle of December 2025. Have been checking the tracking at least 2x a week to see where it was. When I checked today it said it has been delivered to address. WHAT address I do t know. It wasn’t mine. I have written an email to ask about delivery and have not had any response. I give the whole experience a negative 10.
I’m giving this company one star for NO customer service. I’ve now sent to emails regarding my package without any reply. The tracking info they provided tells me the package was delivered on Christmas Day.

After waiting 6 weeks , the product never showed up. I contacted the company explained my situation and was then “Ghosted” by their customer service. No refund no apology, nothing. I was forced to make a claim with my CC company. Buyer beware!
Umbrella you see at their web site is WOW, but once I got 2 of them I got shock - low quality, different than at web-site, smelly. It's absolutely random umbrella you can buy in any EU store for 5-10 EUR. It's not even looks like at their web-site, likely they stole photos from good brand and made cheap copy. Delivery was made from China warehouse and it took way longer than expected.
