Rob was very careful to get my sign right before manufacture. When it arrived they was a flaw and Rob replaced with a quibble. Excellent customer service. Oh, the sign was a good price also.

So happy with my purchase from this company. I bought 4 personalised stockings last minute as another shop had messed me around. They were dispatched the same day and I received them the following working day! The quality is amazing, real value for money. I had sent an email requesting the items to be shipped as fast as possible so my children would have them before Christmas day and the owner responded at 10pm to assure me they had dispatched them that day! 5/5 customer service, thank you!

I ordered two of the Christmas Stockings. The quality of the stockings is excellent and the personalised embroidery is beautiful. The website is easy to order from. My order was delivered exceptionally quickly too. I cannot recommend this Company highly enough.

This company is great. I ordered a pencil pot which is really lovely for my Grandad. There was an issue with the delivery (not their fault at all- royal mail decided to leave it out in the rain and not tell me it had been delivered). They replied to my email straight away and sent me a replacement. Can't rate them enough. Really impressed and will tell everyone about them.
