I bought this mug at Christmas for my son. It arrived early, perfect and holds a hot drink for ages even in very cold temperatures! Amazing!

5* The delivery arrived quickly and the product is very good quality for the price. I had a small issue where there was a small crack in the wood on the product. I contacted Always Personal via email, they replied very quickly and sent another one out straight away. Arriving in about 2 days. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Definitely recommend and will be using the company again without doubt.

The overall quality and name printing on the water bottles I ordered is great, and the protective white gift box makes it suitable for an anytime time of the year present.
