you need a better system for answering…
you need a better system for answering the door for pick ups. I knocked several times and could see people in the shop. I was left waiting for too long - I nearly gave up. A bell would be a good option as I`m sure they would hear this.
I love the products though!

Apologies for the wait, as the shop is closing for good our team were probably making far too much noise packing up and therefore missed your knocking - it's noisy, busy work! From next month, all click and collects will be from our warehouse on Walcot Street - we will have a C&C schedule so you can book an allotted collection time and someone will be in to greet you (we also have a bell, it has a fun ringtone that you may enjoy) should you be concerned about placing any future orders. Absolute rubbish
Ordered three tealights, on line they were a definite shade of brown and completely opaque, what arrived was a purple shade and completely see thru, took a week to get a response and then this Co claimed they did not think the items were "all that different" and could not be returned, would leave a minus rating if that were only possible, this Co has zero customer service skills, they take days to respond to repeated emails and completely ignore voicemails, their response was absolutely as I expected it to be, i.e. "not their fault", avoid this Co, they are the most unprofessional sorry excuse for an online retailer, its of little surprise that their actual store is now closed and they are only online, very telling......

It is wonderful place to shop in, the goods are unique and different from other shops. I find a personal touch and creativity in every item placed there. For the staff and management, I’ll say they are true gems. Very helpful and empathetic. I was helped tremendously with my furniture and umbrella purchase. In short, quality of things in this is really good; not like fast fashion stuff and uniqueness adds the magic. I highly recommend this shop.
