I throughly enjoyed this course the trainers was great and funny

I attended the level 3 First aid course on Tues 1st April, Aly and Ali were excellent in communicating and made it very easy and fun to learn the important skills to possibly save someone's life. Also the hands on teaching approach was excellent.

Aly and Ali are 2 of the best training providers I’ve ever had the privilege to learn from. I have just completed the Level 3 First Aid Course with them and it was an excellent learning experience . They are so well informed, up to date, excellent communicators and are highly skilled in their teaching and learning style . They deliver the course in an exceptionally “ learner friendly”
way, ensuring learners feel at ease to participate, ask questions and engage with all aspects of the course. They are extremely knowledgable and committed to all areas of their subjects. They are passionate about what they deliver and are striving to ensure that their learners are well equipped to use these skills in the workplace . They have really great teaching strategies for helping learners secure and embed course content and for enabling learners to feel confident in their learning . All round excellence in every aspect of what they do . Highly recommend booking on to one of their workplace courses. I will certainly be undertaking more workplace learning with them and am confident I will find their other courses as beneficial and enjoyable - thank you both so much !

Aly and Ali went above and beyond on our First Aid course. I went in feeling incredibly anxious and left feel comfortable and confident. There was a great deal of expertise learning, physically and by lesson. The way in which it was taught was very engaging and thorough. Will look into more courses with this company, what a great way to learn!

I was part of group of 16 people from our church Through zoom Aly led a Food Safety course for us. She had evidently done her research and the course was geared up to our particular circumstances, whilst adhering to the syllabus. Her teaching style was engaging and she quickly built a rapport with participants (not an easy thing to do via zoom). Her visual aids were excellent and she managed the technical aspects of using shared screen etc really well. I would wholeheartedly recommend her Company

Very helpful ladies and professional

Aly gave 16 volunteers from our church really useful training as to how we can safely serve food to our guests in the many different contexts in which we serve food. Aly was friendly, funny and personable, and involved all 16 of us in the two hours of training. She found out beforehand about the various ways in which we serve food, asked for photographs of our facilities, which are very limited, as we are over 100 miles away. She gave us very practical advice, made positive suggestions, and was able to answer all our questions. Highly recommended.

I did my one day first aid course with Aly yesterday. The whole day was informative and engaging and I left feeling really confident. All questions were answered and Aly was great. Would definitely recommend if you're in need of some first aid training.

This was my first experience of the first-aid course, and I was really excited for it. The communication and equipment was great.

The person delivering the training was friendly, helpful, personable with a good sense of humour as is often required when dealing with serious scenarios over an 8 hour day.
