Shop states they have Klarna pay in 30…
Shop states they have Klarna pay in 30 days as payment option. And I always use Klarna to pay and I never ever had a problem with it, even Chinese shops like Alixpress and Shein allow Klarna. Ordered 3 times today 3 times denying paying with Klarna they want money upfront. Well not from me not before I get and test my product you don’t. If I could give 0 stars I would to liars and cheaters! Learn better Europe.

Think twice before you buy from these people!
Possibly the most disappointing service I've ever encountered. I initially paid for a two-day delivery of my item, but it failed to arrive within the specified time frame. After waiting an additional three days, I discovered that the wrong item had been dispatched. Upon contacting customer service the same day, I was assured that my correct item would be dispatched, and I was instructed to return the incorrect item.
Five days later, there has been no progress, prompting me to contact customer service again. To my dismay, I was informed that they would not dispatch my correct item until they received the incorrect one back through the postal service. Furthermore, I was told that I would be emailed a credit note once they received the incorrect item, with a suggestion not to place another order or request a refund. This process implies that it will take nearly three weeks to receive the item I originally ordered. Despite my request for a refund, it has been denied.

Everything was great. Good customer service. Removed one star, because my credit card payment was not accepted (it was rejected by Alza.at, which I confirmed by calling to my bank), so I had to pay through the bank transfer, which took a few days to process.

Great Customer Experience with Warranty Claim
I bought a Logitech G923 driving wheel from Alza shop in Vienna. After a few months, I had a problem with the pedals. I contacted Logitech support to make a warranty claim, and they asked for my receipt. I had lost my receipt, but Alza support helped me to get a copy of the receipt using the serial number of the product. Then, Logitech support directed me to the Alza store for the warranty claim since they couldn't solve the issue remotely. I brought my driving wheel to the Alza shop, and they immediately exchanged my product for a new one. The whole process was a great customer experience for me. Thanks to the Alza Vienna employees for their help (especially the person responsible for warranty claims)!
