Not satisfied with the service.
I recently had the not the best experience of getting my car serviced at Andersen & Martini, and I must say that it was a truly disappointing and frustrating service. The problems I encountered during the service were numerous, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with the entire experience.
First and foremost, the price of the service was over 4000 DKK for the service, which might be ok assuming that I get decent service, which I did not.
Throughout the entire process, I had repeatedly mentioned that I was experiencing issues with my multimedia screen and requested a software update to address the problem. Initially, I was told that it would take too long, approximately 4 hours, and that it could not be accommodated within the day's schedule between 7:30 and 16:00. However, upon picking up my car, they claimed to be unaware of the issue. This lack of communication and accountability is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the competence and integrity of Andersen & Martini as a service provider.
After the service was supposedly completed, I picked up my car only to discover that it was still indicating that it needed to be serviced in 30 days. It turned out that Andersen & Martini had forgotten to perform all the necessary actions during the service. This mistake forced me to bring the car back the following day, disrupting my plans and inconveniencing me greatly. Not only did I have to travel an extra 20 kilometers to get home, but I also had to make another trip to their office the next day. This level of incompetence and lack of attention to detail is simply unacceptable.
Furthermore, I had specifically requested that they investigate a software update for my car. However, I was informed that the latest software version could not be installed as it was not recommended by Kia. When I reached out to Kia Navigation Europe to verify this information, I discovered that Kia Navigation Europe did not confirm this. Additionally, when I suggested installing a different version that was not the latest, I was told that Andersen & Martini did not have access to those versions. This excuse seems highly dubious to me, as all software versions should be publicly available for download. It is evident that Andersen & Martini either lacks the necessary expertise or is simply unwilling to go the extra mile to provide a satisfactory service to their customers.
